I contacted Smiles Face Painting for my daughter's 5th birthday, the owner responded promptly to my request. (It did go into my spam folder so it took me a few days to see it.) I booked an hour of glitter tattoos and a half hour of balloons. Carol showed up right on time and was incredibly sweet! She did a great job with all of the kids and accommodated every request. I had the best experience and would definitely use Smiles Face painting again and would absolutely request Carol.
