A minimum order requirement must be achieved and a higher minimum order is required for deliveries further away.

We do keep regular business hours Monday - Friday from 10am to 6pm, so if you call and get our voicemail during this time we are either on the other line assisting a customer or out delivering fun to another event.

I rented a bounce house online. The website was east to navigate and as soon as I made my reservation I got confirmation. I chose text updates which made it easy for me to know what was going on. When the crew arrived they were very polite, professional and quick. I went to grab them a water and by the time I came back it was up and running. When I came time to take it down it went just as fast. The best part was they were on time! Great over all experience.

We've used Jumpin' Jacks twice for our kid's birthday parties and they are always on time (usually early!), set up is so easy and the kids have a blast. It's a great value for what you get as well- we get the jumpy, popcorn maker and then some sort of game! We highly recommend these guys and will use them for all of our kid parties

I was nervous because I had never rented bouncy houses before. This place is great. I rented 2 bouncy houses along with tables and chairs for my daughter's birthday party. And the best part is you can ask them questions via text. On time setup and pickup. I had a great experience. Definitely will be my first call for anything in the future! Thank you!

The people were friendly and professional. The package for a 35 foot Obstacle course, popcorn machine and connect four game was priced reasonably. The delivery and set up was prompt and thorough. The equipment was clean. And most importantly, the kids and adults had a marvelous time. I would highly recommend using Jumpin Jacks!

Joe (the boss) was flexible and easily reachable from booking all the way up to the event. The guys showed up and we're so friendly and professional. The area at the park we had our party at wasn't that great but they were so patient and helpful while we found the best place to set everything up. The kids had an amazing time, hardly saw any of them because they were having the time of their lives in the obstacle course.
When it was time for pick up, the folks again were incredibly friendly and professional. Love jumping' jacks. Recommend them to anyone looking for bounce houses/ obstacle courses. It was the best part of the party. The only company I will use from here on out!

This was the first time using a jumpy house company, and Jumpin Jacks was excellent. We unfortunately had rain predicted for the early morning of our 3 yr olds party, and Jumpin Jacks was not quick to cancel our order, and kept us informed and updated.turned out to be a beautiful sunny afternoon, and all the kids loved the jumpy house and snow cone machine. The guys (and gal) who set up and broke down were very punctual and nice. Would use them again without question for future party needs. Highly recommend.

We've rented from Jumpin Jacks for three birthday parties so far. Service was incredible each time. They have a great selection and they are punctual and efficient and flexible. For our latest party, inclement weather didn't allow for a bounce house during our originally scheduled time, but Jumpin Jacks (and our guests) were flexible and we changed the date by one day. Party saved! My son thinks every birthday party requires a bounce house, so we will definitely be using them again!

I ordered a bounce house from Jumpin Jacks for a little league end of season party. I was extremely pleased with how easy the online ordering process was! I had a question about getting a generator and Joe promptly got back to me and was kind and very helpful. The two employees that dropped the bounce house at the park were so nice and professional, they even moved things around to accommodate an earlier pick up for me! Jumpin' Jacks service was great! I ordered the machines online, was ppersonally contacted to verify date/time and reserve them. I received an email in advance advising delivery and pick up times. The guys came out to set up the machines and even provided the extension cords needed. The kid's party was a success! Popcorn was in high demand and came out perfectly every time.

We had rented the Jump house for a family day picnic. Jumpin Jacks arrived early, had the setup done quickly, the setup staff was friendly and had neat appearance. The kids had an awesome time! Awesome service and products! We got a 4-in-1 bouncy house, giant connect 4, and snow cone machine package for my daughter's birthday and they were all great. I'm sad these folks close for the winter when it's my other daughter's birthday! In any case, I totally recommend them. Hot tip - the 4-in-1 actually has more bouncing space than the 5-in-1 since part of the space of the latter is filled up with obstacle courses and the like.

We rented a 3-in-1 (bounce house with an enclosed slide and basketball hoop) for my son's 6th birthday party. It was an absolute hit! The setup team was professional and very friendly with the kids while they waited "patiently" for the bounce house to inflate and get cleaned. Ordered our jumpy castle online had Zero issues. As the day got closer I had concerns about smoke and air quality. The staff was very responsive via text and was more than helpful answering all my questions. Luckily air quality was good enough for us to continue. They set up early and we're so efficient the kids were bouncing in no time! Everything was clean and so professional. We will be back!

The team @ Jumpin Jacks made my daughters birthday. The booking online was easy, the confirmation and subsequent communication was top notch and the day of delivery was on-time, smooth with courteous, experienced staff setting up. Plus, the bounce house anx bubble machine were high quality, very well cleaned, and in like-new condition! I would absolutely rent from Jumpin Jacks again! All around 5 star experience! Great company! Moved up to Sonoma County from the Peninsula and needed a new jumpy house supplier! :D Joe is great to work with. He helped me pick out all the items for my son's birthday party. We got a giant water slide, cotton candy machine, a slushee machine and a table and chairs. Everything worked great and Joe is available to help by text.
We enjoyed it so much we are now repeat customers. We got a slide last weekend for my daughter's birthday. The delivery crew was great for both drop off and pick up. Highly recommend!

We rented a nice bounce house for our boys, it's a covid birthday and this really made their day! They had one friend over and they got a giant jump house all to themselves. They dropped it off early and we had it for at least 6 hours. We would definitely do it again under $200 and it was a big one! We also live on Stony Point Rd so this was super close.

I've rented from Jumping Jacks two times now and it's a must for all my kids b day parties going forward. It's super easy to book online, great communications and on time set up and take down. JJ makes birthday parties SO much better for kids and parents! We are actually able to socialize and have fun at our kids birthdays now, instead of entertaining larger groups of kids. They LOVE the jumpy castles and I find the pricing to be very fair.

This is the second time we've used Jumpin' Jacks for my son's birthday party over the past 4 years and we are always pleased with the level of service and bang for our buck.
