We were very pleased with the chairs that we rented from Production Hawaii for my daughters wedding. However, I was very disappointed when I returned to our table after saying goodbye to my daughter and her husband only to find that my brand new camera had disappeared. The room was empty with the exception of myself, the wedding planner, a good friend of mine who was the entertainment and you guessed it, the five employees of Production Hawaii.
Apparently they were not only busy packing up the chairs but one of them decided to pack up my camera as well. My camera had been seen moments before my return by the wedding planner so it could happened only while those few people were present. I asked the gentlemen if they had seen a camera and several did not even have the decency to answer me.
It is so disappointing that people can be so dishonest on such a special evening. I called the company and the office manager was very sweet but I have never heard a word back on what she learned or if she even addressed the issue. Honesty is such a valued quality in my opinion and I was saddened that I have lost the wedding pictures that I took of my daughter on her special day and that to my knowledge there was no follow through by the company.
