The Gulf Coast Entertainment Team is absolutely fantastic. Annie and her team assisted with my wedding entertainment and dealt with all of my bride quirkiness with grace and patience. I trusted GCE wholeheartedly and they absolutely did not disappoint! I was beyond thrilled with both groups. They have also helped book a number of acts for corporate events I planned in both Houston and Washington DC.
It's amazing that they can help me with needs all over the US. In a time when it seems you can book anything yourself via the internet, some wonder why use GCE. I'll tell you that hiring GCE helped me to negotiate contracts and offers with big acts (would never have known how to handle), they helped give advice on specific groups bc they actually know theses artists and have seen them perform.
Much more reliable than just watching videos on the internet. They also helped me negotiate and understand how all the A/V and lighting could/should work within ultimately helped my bottom line. They're also there day of to help execute. Priceless. I have attended countless events handled by Gulf Coast Entertainment and every time the entertainment is flawless. Gulf Coast Entertainment is as good as it gets. They helped me find the absolutely perfect band for my wedding, and that is no easy task! Gulf Coast Entertainment is the true secret to the success of any party! The personal service you receive when you work with Gulf Coast Entertainment is unparalleled! I remember when Jim and I were first married and actually did things like going to listen to bands, we always ran into Susie and Sanford, scoping out bands. They educated themselves about local talent, as well as what was out there on the national stage.
And that has only gotten better and better! I cannot count how many times Susie and Annie have helped our family throw fabulous soirees! Having seven children means having seven times the number of events! Off the top of my head: two weddings, one rehearsal dinner, two deb parties, Halloween parties, Christmas parties, anniversary parties, parties for friends who are getting married, parties for friends moving to town, parties for friends moving out of town, a BBQ citizenship party for Walter Rodriguez, when he became a US citizen, and endless "just for the heck of it" parties in our back yard and elsewhere!
A couple of months before Lucy's deb party, I figured out that the backup band we had originally lined up was no longer as good as when we'd booked it. Jim had heard them perform somewhere and said, "You have to get out of that contract!" I called Annie in a panic! The "backup" band she lined up-somewhat at the last minute-was better than the primary band! (And she did get us out of that contract.) They have problem solved, when I was worried about music disturbing my neighbors.and in so many other ways throughout the years.
There is no way to overstate how FANTASTIC Gulf Coast Entertainment is! Want to have a party people that will talk about for years? Book your bands through Gulf Coast Entertainment!

Gulf Coast Entertainment was very easy to work with, and even helped us find the right band in Houston based on our "ideal" playlist. They had a number of suggestions and options and were responsive and we ended up with a FANTASTIC band - Nick and the Hits. These guys were incredible! Amazing energy, learned many songs, and had our wedding dancing until the hotel made us leave. Highly recommend the band!
