It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE as always! The Bounce House arrived on time, and met all of my expectations and more! I can be a little particular, but they were efficient, accommodating, and friendly! This company is Superb!

From booking, to set up, to tear down, we had such an easy and stress free experience with Coastal. We will use them again in the future.

We rented the 70ft ninja course. The inflatable was clean and in amazing shape. It arrived right on time and the 2 guys were very professional. We will for sure be renting from them again. Thank you update on 5/20/22 - rented a waterslide combo. Again great service, clean and in great shape.

Showed up on time and were extremely professional. Obstacle course was very clean and looked in great shape. Unfortunately, it rained the entire night and we were only able to use it for about 10 min. I will definitely use them again though.

These guys are great! On time, dependable and they did an awesome job setting up and taking down the bounce house for us. It was clean and kids had hours of fun playing on it for my son's birthday party. I would hire them again in a second. Highly recommend!

Simple online rental process with displayed pricing, terms and fees made the process of booking easy. Delivery was exactly on time and the staff very friendly. The rental was delivered clean and in full working order as advertised. Overall, would very much recommend and rent from this company again.

I can't say enough great things about Josh and his team at Coastal Moonwalks. We've used them each of the past 4 years for my son's birthday parties. They are highly responsive, and keep in constant communication through both email and calls. They have always been prompt, and very professional when I've dealt with them. If you're looking for a bounce house, or other inflatable for an event, they have many options to choose from, and at reasonable pricing, so it is worth your while to check them out, or give them a call.

Wonderful experience. They were punctual, nice, and the set- up / break down was pretty quick. We rented the spider man bounce house, it was large and in great condition.

The bounce house/water slide was great! The delivery pick-up was not within the expected window, but we were okay with that. The one issue that bothered us was with how the company put the stakes in the ground. Unfortunately, the crew did notice that as they were hammering one of the stakes, it was being drilled into a tree root underground. We ended up having to dig up a good chunk of the surrounding area to get it out. They, of course, wouldn't have known what was underground, but for them I think a lesson learned would be to stop driving the stake if it is met with significant resistance. Overall: Great bounce house. Great slide. Limited water pooling in the yard. Some damage to lawn due to staking removal efforts. Nearly on-time delivery/pickup.

We had a great experience! Arrived early and the kiddos got to enjoy some extra time bouncing. It was clean and in great condition. We will definitely use Coastal Moonwalks again!

Coastal moonwalks did not disappoint as usual. From start to finish they are easy, reliable, and Proffessional. Their prices are perfect, they show up on time, and have clean quality inflatables. Hired coastal moonwalk after our initial reservation backed out 1 week before our event. Josh with Coastal Moonwalks did great - on time and excellent service. Kids had a great time on the slide. Great service and great company. Will definitely use again.

Best inflatable company in Jax. Josh and his team have been helping with our backyard 4th or July Extravaganza for 2 years in a row. He is professional, courteous, and makes everything very easy when it comes to set up and break down. We rent the BIG slide and it will NOT disappoint! Kids and adults slid from 3pm until dark and would have gone longer if it wasn't for the fireworks show we put on.

Service was great, inflatables were very clean, great selection, great prices, just an overall excellent experience from Coastal Moonwalks. They took our order in a professional manner, they called 2 days before our event to confirm our delivery time and to verify the accuracy of our order, they showed up to setup our inflatables at the time they said they would be there, they explained everything to us before leaving, and they gave us a phone number to call if we had any questions or problems. There is no need to risk ordering from any other company in Jacksonville. These guys are great!
