Angela was great! Our original wedding plans were cancelled because of COVID but the day the we decided to cancel, Angela had all of our vendors on an email thread and we were rescheduled that same day. Before we hired her, we searched for weeks for the perfect venue. Within a week or two of hiring her, she had found us the most perfect space that fit all of our needs. She executed our vision perfectly, provided a wedding planning website for us that had everything in one place, and handled every hiccup along the way.

My experience with Angela was great. Very well- organized and detail oriented and always quick to reply no matter how busy she is. Thanks to her, the whole day went completely smoothly. She thought of every.little.detail. The vendors she recommended were all fantastic as well. I could not have had such a blissful, stress-free day without her. Thank you, Angela!

Angela was great to work with. She is organized and "on the ball" when it comes to communication with vendors and clients. She has suggestions and ideas that I never would of thought of to cover the details of the event. She also did my wedding bouquet and floral arrangements and she did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend working with Southern Event planners for a stress free wedding planning experience.

3.7 Rating. Is this a joke? There's is absolutely NO WAY! Here's my experience with Southern Event Planners & Angela: Prior to meeting Angela we had a Wedding Coordinator that we had to let go of. We were distraught & didn't know what we were going to do? The day my fiance' and I met Angela, she immediately floored us! She's a true professional. Very courteous, personable and 100% committed not only to the Bride's concerns or needs, but the Groom's as well. WE FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS WOMAN.
The business aspect of planning my wedding was picked up, cleaned up, and lead to the finish line. ON DECEMBER 1ST 2012 THE WEDDING I DREAMED OF WAS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE CEREMONY ANGELA CREATED FOR ME! IT LITERALLY TOOK MY BREATH AWAY! I've never seen someone as successful as Angela, remain so grounded. so down to earth. WHEN IT COMES TO FINANCES. SHE IS THE WIZ U WANT, BELIEVE ME! Before I was ever engaged, I saw many of Southern Event Planners weddings featured in bridal magazines. I dreamed of hiring them to plan my wedding, but in the back of my head I knew they were out of my budget. Despite my previous assumptions, I made the call once I was engaged and was utterly surprised once we discussed pricing. Southern Event Planners is the planner for any bride with any budget!
They made sure I had the wedding of my dreams without breaking the bank. Southern Event Planners helped with design, floral arrangements, invitations, and day of coordinating. They also rent out linens and other decorative items. They are a one stop shop for any bride. I did not have to waste time searching for other vendors for decorative rentals.
The staff is very personable. During our planning meetings, it was as if I was sitting around the table laughing and hanging out with friends. Towards the end, I felt that they knew me well enough, regarding my likes and dislikes, so I just let them run with it. I was over making any decisions! lol They did not disappoint. I walked into my venues in awe.
Everything was beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend hiring a planner. There are so many behind the scene details that I did not even consider until they were brought to my attention by Angela and her team. One of the biggest compliments that I have received from guests, besides how beautiful everything was designed, is how flawlessly everything flowed. They made sure that the transition from ceremony to reception was executed smoothly. Highly recommend Southern Event Planners to any bride.

Amazing with a capital A. I am currently planning my wedding for the fall, and Angela has saved the day. She has been their for every step, putting in ideas, helping me stay on budget, telling me what she has seen work and what hasn't, and determining what i really need for my big day. Yes having a planner costs money but the amount of time i would have spent along with the money she is saving me by focusing on what I need, and creative ideas well makes up for it.
I am a dental office manager, and that is what i do well. She is a wedding planner and that is what she does well. Trust me save yourself a lot of grief and stick to what you do best and let Angela help you.
