I've taken students and groups to Ultrazone before and I've even brought a group for a buy-out on a Monday night, but I had never before coordinated a full Bar Mitzvah party there, and I couldn't be more impressed! Jess was so incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, and coordinated a beautiful display, even customizing things like water bottles unexpectedly.
My client dropped off our custom decor a few days before the party, and I planned to put it out when I arrived on-site, but when I showed up her staff had already put everything out! The entire staff was so incredibly helpful and efficient, and great with the kids as well. There is even a separate room on the other side of the escalators where we put the adult tables and played more low-key music so the adults could get away from the craziness of the arcade. I will absolutely be recommending Ultrazone to my clients looking to plan fun non-traditional Bar or Bat Mitzvahs or other milestone events in the future.

Recently tried to go to play a round of laser tag with my friend but it looked like there were various birthday parties going on. The wait was estimated to be 1.5hrs, we decided to go somewhere else instead since we already ate and came to celebrate her birthday as well. The guy at the front desk was really friendly though so we weren't upset. There's an arcade in the waiting room, but it was so busy that day we didn't want to stick around. I went on a weekend at prime hour so I'm not surprised. Usually I go during the week and it's a smaller crowd. A fun place to go to for all ages.

We had an adult birthday celebration and it was amazing! The booking was very easy and convenient. Our Game Master Kameron and his colleagues went out of their way to give us a good time. Our room was so amazingly decorated, we all felt like we were kids again and had the best time! Thank you UltraZone!

As alway it was a pleasure to have our kids bday party at Ultrazone Laser Tag. We had our older's son 11th bday there two years ago and today we had our 7 yo bday and have to say it was stress free and great service as before. Max our party organizer was fantastic and we highly recommend this place!
