We had our nieces birthday party today and Mr. Moonwalk was amazing to work with! They provided the bounce house and came right at the requested time (rescheduling us first from a rained out day) and picking up right when they said they would. The owner was great to speak to and provided wonderful service at a great price! Thank you for everything and a wonderful birthday party!

Highly recommend renting from them! We rented the combo bounce house for my sons first birthday and my kiddos absolutely loved it! Extremely affordable, they were willing to work with us when we had to change our day due to thunderstorms, we were able to pickup early and able to drop it off when it was best for us! We will definitely be renting from them again : awesome people to work with!

I've talked about getting a bounce house for my daughter's birthday party for a few years now, and we finally pulled the trigger on it after deciding she and her friends were old enough to treat it responsibly. After doing plenty of research, we went with Mr Moonwalk LLC and I have no regrets what-so-ever! The bounce house was a huge hit and all of the kids loved it!
Mr Moonwalk's Selection, pricing, and reviews were all unbeatable. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING! Jon-Paul was so kind and courteous! Both delivery and pick-up time frame quotes were followed, there was no guessing or confusion. Will only be ordering from Mr Moonwalk from now on!

We are now bounce house obsessed! I cannot tell you how happy we are with the service and quality of the 2 rentals we have gotten from Mr. Moonwalk this year. You know when you get into an older bounce house, and it has that smell? Or is just looks kinda of gross? Not these bounce houses. They are clean, smell great, and are in tip top shape. The service is amazing and the actual owner does the set up and tear down, so he ensures that everything is just perfect for you and your event. I couldn't be happier with JP and the service he provides. You wont be sorry using Mr. Moonwalk for your next event!

I never leave a review for a company because I am so busy with work and a toddler. After researching different company's in Fort Wayne for a bounce house we decided on Mr Moonwalk for our sons 2nd birthday party. We called and scheduled only 4 days prior to the party and the service was great. The set up only took approximately 10 minutes and the customer service was beyond great.
The next day the owner came and took the bounce house down without us even knowing he was there. The bounce house was VERY CLEAN (this was a concern of mine) and the price was perfect. We will definitely be using this company every year from now on.

Let me start by saying this was hands down one of the best things I've ever done for my kid's parties! They were so easy to talk to on the phone and made everything so easy that I didn't have to worry about one thing like they promised over the phone. When they arrived, a delivery guy came to the door and asked where we wanted it and he then took care of everything.
This was a surprise for my little boy so the guy kept quiet the whole time until it was blown up. The bounce house was very clean and it looked great in my backyard. I will be using them again for my other boy this year and will recommend them to anyone that needs this service for a party.

Dealing with JP was very easy and stress free. He is on time, professional and very friendly. We rented the castle with slide, very clean, looked brand new. All of his bounce houses are commercial and adults were allowed in them as well. We will definitely be calling Mr. Moonwalk anytime we rent a bounce house. All the kids and adults had a great time!
