The Wright Group Event Services and Affordable Tent Rental has been serving up memorable events for over 70 years, beginning in Canada in the 1950's when Roy Wright proclaimed, "One Call Rents All!" After a previous poor experience with a different rental company, my interactions with Wright Group Event Services were refreshing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional when I contacted them to rent chairs for our wedding. They were prompt communicators in sending me quotes and answering questions, and accommodating in pick up/drop off times.

Wright Group did an absolutely phenomenal job for my company. We hosted a large (several thousand people) multi-faceted event about 6.5 hours from Denver, and with only a few days notice, Wright Group brilliantly came through and fulfilled all our needs. Not only did they offer a great product, their team was also incredible to work with. They went above and beyond under a tight timeline to get the job done.
In some cases, they worked late into the night and on very short notice. They also deftly handled the numerous changes, additions, and complications along the way. The entire team was great, but the supervisor, Max Gomez, was truly incredible. My company hosts very large, complicated events throughout the country, and Max and his team were some of the very best we've worked with. I highly recommend Wright Group for your large event needs. They will get the job done and work with you to execute your event to your specifications.

This was a very simple gathering for 75 people, the way they did set up all the tables was perfect. they dropped the chairs and tables on time and they came to pick them up at the scheduled time. Wright Group did an amazing job providing a tent, tables and chairs. They were very responsive via phone/email to assist in planning a last minute event. The event was at a very busy construction site making it challenging to get the tent set up, but the team was flexible and efficient allowing for a smooth delivery and pickup. Will definitely be using them again!

The Wright Group helped me with the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce's Net90 MarketPlace event set up on October 16, 2018. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. I accidentally made a mistake on my order and they fixed it with no problems. Their team was very professional to work with and I would definitely hire them again.

Wright Group was incredibly diligent and communicative in helping my team with an event this past weekend. They double checked our quantities for rentals, worked with us to make sure we had everything that was needed and were on time for both delivery and pickup. Great company to work with, very nice and even more accommodating. The only complaint I can think of is the woman who helped us load our trucks gave us a few less fencing stakes that we needed and then marked on her sheet that we had more than she gave us, but upon returning our rentals the manager was super nice and figured everything out. I will no doubt be renting from them again in the future!

Wright Group came through for us in a very last minute situation. Mamie Trotter, Gary and the team were so helpful and kind. Colorado was being hit with a "winter" storm on May 17th/May 18th and we were in desperate need of patio heaters for our event. The event was being held indoors in a barn. I called Wright Group a little over 24 hours before our event and they came through.
It was right in the middle of graduation season and they had 8 patio heater available! I was so thankful for Mamie's help in working out the details before the event. Gary's team delivering the heaters were kind and highly competent, checking each heater to make sure it worked before they left. Unfortunately one of the heaters ended up not working and we received a refund on the heater and propane rental. No questions asked. I highly recommend Wright Group Event Services.

I have used the Wright Group on multiple weddings. Being a Wedding Planner, I tend to send my clients to reasonably priced and good value vendors that always provide the best services and rental items. All the men from the head honcho to the dock workers treated me with great customers service and respect. We choose to pick up the rentals and set up ourselves, but when we weren't able to figure out the stage, two men came out to make sure it would work for us. Ben and Eli did everything they could to make sure our event went off without a hitch and fill in gaps that I couldn't. We are so thankful for their help. This company knows what they are doing and I love working with them!

Gabriel took such good care of us for our wedding on July 11th, 2015. I was able to set up my order by email while traveling and then followed up by phone the week of the wedding. Our tables and linens were perfect and looked beautiful. He even sent a few extra linens just in case we needed them. The drop off and pick up went as scheduled. Gabe, thank you for helping make our special day so beautiful.

We contracted with the Wright Group for my father's 75th birthday. In the past I had used another company so I had some idea of what good service was in this industry. we contracted to have a large frame tent, five roundtables, 40 chairs and the appropriate linens delivered to our by 10 AM that morning. Two hours after the arrival deadline the equipment and the tent had still not arrived despite calls to the manager on duty for the day.
I called, once again, and spoke to the coordinator who promised that I would receive a phone call back within 20 minutes. I never received a call back. When they finally arrived (four hours late) I learned that the crew was sent to the other side of town as they had been given the wrong address. The crew was apologetic but only set up the tent. The tables were left laying on the ground as well as the chairs.
My family and I did the rest of the set up. The guests began to arrive as we were just finishing the set up. The company did manage to pick up the equipment on time and bill the full amount with no discount for the late arrival or the lack of professionalism in both the follow up and set up. It is my strongest recommendation that you look elsewhere for the your events company. I would not recommend nor use this company again for any event.

Kinsley at Wright Group rocked when it came to working with me for my wedding on Saturday, May 30. Her crew had to carry the tables and chairs up some serious steep stairs and when they finished setting up everything it was AWESOME. Do not trust this company for any event. I have been burnt by their lack of trust and lazy management. They only care about the bottom line. Try Butlers Rents, I have had a long standing value propositions of trust with Butlers from wedding's to doing work for the founder. These guys match my values of: Don't lie, steal or cheat. Ever, and treat your employees like you treat your customer's and Do on to others, as you have others do unto you. Butlers get's that. The Wright Group Does not. I want to give thanks to the founder of Butler's. My he rest in peace.

We got married in August and picked up and delivered everything ourselves. yes it is cheap but its is not worth the hassle and mess! as we tried to pick up rented chairs and linens.their "warehouse" is a rat trap! there is stuff EVERYWHERE! they have to organization or order to which they know what goes in and out. We could barely get out truck and trailer into their docks, as the back of their building looks like a junk yard and impossible to get in and out of.
The product was dirty.dusty, and not in good shape. When the wedding came.we found out that we were 2 chairs short because they wouldnt open! not only that but the linens were labeled wrong, so instead of getting round table cloths we got rectangular ones. Thank Goodness for my coordinator that had to go back to them and ask for the correct stuff!
Then we go back the day after the wedding to return the stuff and there was no one that made us sign anything saying we brought the chairs and linens back! They simple told us to just put the chairs and linens "there". They are a mess and have no way of tracking anything. Now come 5 months later.we get a bill for $400 saying that stuff was not brought back?! We are now in the process of hiring a lawyer. They are a horrible company to do business with. Biggest mistake of my wedding.

I rented tables, linens, chairs, and wine glasses for an anniversary party we were doing in our backyard. Worked with Joe who was exceedingly accommodating and polite. He was patient with me while I changed our order multiple times, and even gave us a discount. I appreciated his attention to detail. Only frustration was that if I called the office and he was not in, no one else could/would help me with my order.
We opted to have all the supplies delivered to our house (WAY WORTH IT) and they showed up in appropriate time window. Only complaint is that the drivers drove into our alley and completely missed seeing the lights strung up high across the alley for the party--- they drove their large truck right into them almost shattering all the lightbulbs. One of the delivery men offered to climb on top of the truck to help guide around the lights while the other slowly backed out, so fortunately no harm done. I would rent from them again, great prices and decent equipment and linens.

We were scheduling a last minute graduation party. First we started with a pipe and drape concept for tenting (which Joe was extremely helpful with determining what we needed) then decided just a couple days before the event to go with a tent instead. Joe accomodated our every need. We also rented tables, chairs and linens. The guys that did the set up - and take down were courteous, quick and hard workers. Therirpricing was competitve and I would recommend their services to my friends and family.

My now wife went into wright group and rented some supplies from them. Drapes and a stand for the background to our head table for our wedding. Also a round table for our unity candle. The place was kind of dirty and old looking but we liked the price. We were promised it will be delivered and set up the morning of the wedding date. Just a little under $200 was a pretty good price we thought.
The date of the wedding the supplies were dropped off on time but everything was wrong. The color of the drapes were wrong and instead of a round table, we got a square. We had no time so we just decided to use them. Nothing was setup either, just dropped off. We had to get the event coordinator and our groomsmen waste a hour and a half trying to figure out how things go up.
The venue had plenty of square tables so we ended up not even using their table. Right after the wedding, we started calling wright group to see how they messed everything up. The sales person admitted they put in the order wrong and we were told management would be notified. Week goes by, no call. We call back, leave a message, but still no call back.
We called back 5 more times and we would get excuses like they're busy, they don't have the proper paper work in front of them, or the owners not in. The last time we called, we did end up speaking to Tom, the owner. The rudest, inconsiderate person we ever met. He said we should be happy because we got a good deal in the first place and offered us a $20 refund.
He would call my wife by the wrong name when he was on the phone with her like he was just mocking her. It wasn't even about the money anymore. We just wanted him to admit he was wrong and offer us a apology but nothing. He told us he was going to look over our file one last time and call us back but of course 3 weeks later, co call. Not only did they ruin our wedding pictures with wrong color drapes that didn't match our wedding, tom the owner just didn't care about my wife's special day or her feeling. He got his money and that's all he cares. Please don't give this man your business. We've never met somebody like this EVER!

We put a deposit down on furniture and after dealing with horrible customer service and a shotty delivery we still paid the full balance. Later after the event their accounting accused us of not paying the initial deposit which we assured them we did and showed proof of which. Over a year later we received a threatening letter from a third party collections which we again are emailing them all of the deposited checks corresponding to their invoices.

I have been using The Wright Group for 3 years to set up for an annual family reunion. They provide me with great sound, a good quality tent and anything else I am needing, such as tables, dance floor, chairs, dishes. I have used The Wright Group as a vendor for over ten nonprofit fundraising events that I have produced in the last few years. They a great selection of products and go above and beyond for their customers. I have rented everything from linens, tables and chairs, stages, glassware, tents, etc. and they have never disappointed! The company is incredibly generous and always works within our budget. They are hands-down my favorite event rental company in Colorado!

This company rents everything for events. There is even a little red race car. Anyway, we rented everything from them for our wedding. Plates, linens, light, audio. We also had them set it all up which they do. We were working with Britanny and she was great, very nice and helpful, she did most of the set up. They have a lot of choices and i felt like they took care of me, even if it looks like they can also do huge events.
