I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Neo Amusements. They were attentive to my request and delivered what was purchased. I rented a large pole tent and their staff setup the tent quickly and delivered everything promised. They were prompt in the delivery and taking it down. I will be using them in the future.

We had a last minute event where we needed a tent, tables, chairs and games. NEO was able to help us out! They communicated efficiently, Were able to get everything set up in time, and the games they have for rent were awesome! I will be recommending them and using them for any future events as well!

Very nice experience w/ Mike. There was a minor confusion about a game I rented, and Mike had his people pick the game up and refunded my money immediately. The tent, chairs and tables worked great for my son's graduation party. I'll use him again the next chance I get.

This is my second year working with NEO Amusements for my son's birthday party and I couldn't be happier. The order process was simple but better yet the day of the party they took care of everything. They showed up early (giving the birthday boy time to play before friends arrived), set up, and picked up all with ease! We rented a bounce castle for our son's 3rd birthday over the weekend and it was perfect. First of all, the kids obviously loved it and it let them expend a lot of energy. Second, NEO amusements came in, set it up, and took it down with almost no direction from us other than where we wanted it. They came in late Saturday evening and took it down and we almost didn't even notice the guy coming in the yard to do it.

Their price was less than most others in the area and we didn't order it until Thursday (for a Saturday party.) I would highly recommend them, and if you are within their service area, they make it simple.
