Mystical Faces - Face Painting

We had a great experience with Mystical Parties. Everything was seamless from the time I booked to the day of the event. We'll be sure to recommend Mystical Parties to future clients!

I made reservations online but prior to my reservation I called to confirm that the cha characters that I need it were available. Stephanie informed me the characters were available and to go online and reserve them. After reserving the characters and puting my deposit down. I called a few days later and She told me the characters were no longer available. My grandchildren where very disappointed this is terrible busines. She's also not Friendly on the phone

We reserved a ballon artist for my son's first birthday. Ballon artist is the perfect term because these were NOT your traditional ballon animals. It was a Disney themed party and the ballon artist made Mickey Mouse and Pluto! In addition, he created crowns, giraffes, ducks, dinosaurs.! Not only for kids, but adults as well! I will definitely use Mystical Parties again and recommend to others!

We had a great experience with Mystical Parties last weekend. The online booking was straightforward and easy. The company followed up a few days in advance like promised and was even open to last-minute changing from Sleeping Beauty to Cinderella per my daughter's request. Our "character" called while en route to check in on the # of boys and girls and to let us know how traffic was.

Upon arrival and throughout the party, Kimberly was was attentive, genuinely sweet to the kids, true to character, kept the kids busy, etc. My daughter was so incredibly star struck by Kimberly/Cinderella and had a very special time with her. p.s. our daughter is about to become big sister to twins so we really wanted to have a special party for her - Kimberly helped make that a success!

We tried to hire a male character for our child's birthday. We called on a Monday with questions and were told we would receive a call back. On Wednesday, we left a message as no one followed up. On Friday, we called again and spoke with someone who explained that they would fix the website so that we could book the character "sometime tonight". On Saturday, the website was still not updated. Would have loved to book this service but they seemed to not want our business.

We had Spiderman come to our son's 3rd birthday. He was perfect! So friendly and great with the kids! Very professional. Will definitely use this service again!
