Purple Rock Productions combines the arts of storytelling, puppetry, music and pantomime in creating a rare spectrum of enduring entertainment. Our mission is to encourage, enrich and enliven young minds of all ages. All shows are presented with live narration and character voices. They wandered about the library, both inside and out, showcasing beautifully handmade puppets that interacted with children and adults. Each puppet was an amazing creation in and of itself, but the puppeteers brought each one to life and created an atmosphere of whimsy, illusion and creativity.
Services
The tunes played by mandolinist Bill Walach throughout the performance were all original Russian melodies, with frequent repetition of the "Russian Round Dance, " which Duprey taught willing members of the audience after the show." I have had quite a lot of positive feedback from my patrons, and I, myself, truly enjoyed your masterful performance!
