I contacted Lakewatch to set up a tour of the facility for a possible wedding reception next year. I spoke with Nicole on the phone and we set up an appt for July 7th at 6pm. She emailed me to confirm the appointment. I showed up and it was locked up. I Facebook messaged (which they saw), called (no voice mail set up), and emailed. I even double checked to make sure I had my date and time correct and I did.
After 40 minutes of sitting there waiting we left. That was 2 weeks ago now and still NO RESPONSE. No apology or explanation. Certainly couldn't trust a venue like that to hold a wedding reception.

I want to start by saying that we had the most incredible wedding of our dreams on 8/15/20. Nicole and her staff, (Matt and Cassie come to my mind) absolutely went up and beyond anything we could have ever dreamed of. I can't thank her or her stuff enough to make this day great in the middle of a pandemic. If I could give a 10 star rating we absolutely would.

What an amazing experience! Working with Nicole at Lake Watch was incredible. I threw an Adoption Day Party with very little notice -- maybe two weeks -- and Nicole put on an event that looked like I had been planning it for a year. The venue itself was gorgeous, impressive and magical, as if the entire place were twinkling with lights. The staff was highly professional, warm and very helpful. The food was delicious! I can not rave enough about how pleased I was with Lake Watch. I hope I have many more Adoption Day Parties, just so I can visit Lake Watch again!;
