Jump To The Max

My son wanted a bounce house with an integrated obstacle course for his birthday weekend. I called around and this place was the only one that had it in stock for the desired weekend. We also decided to order the cotton candy machine. It was a bit of a leap of faith since I normally order from two other vendors who were recommended by other families.

On the morning of the installation the owner and his son came on time and were able to install the bounce house after some trials with getting enough power to the 3 blowers. We had one issue where one of the blowers wasn't blowing hard enough, but the son came back in a couple of hours to replace the blower with a new one. This made me a bot nervous.

I did appreciate how some other vendors would come the evening before to install the bounce house. If I had an early morning party we would have been without the bounce house, however our party wasn't impacted. The cotton candy machine was a big hit. Overall I am happy to support a local business and the owner was very responsive and courteous to all my constant text messages. The entire transaction was done quickly without any contracts. Sounds like they have been doing this for quite some time in the South Bay, Would rent from them again.

I was reluctant to try when I saw their website. I was desperate though because I needed a smaller jumpy house that was sold out everywhere else. They were quick to respond and made it very easy. Showed up when they said they would and even helped me blow the leaves from my yard to clear the area. They sanitized the jumper as well! I have them saved in my contacts for future parties!

The owners of this business are very friendly. They are sweet with the kids and dropped off and picked up when they said they would. The prices are great and the the kids lives the blow up water slide. Well definitely be ordering from them again.

Support this family business! They arrived earlier than quoted, which was perfect. They took the time to set up the large slide and then shift it over when they thought it would work better in a different way. They also took the time to wipe down the inside of the entire inflatable. I will use them again the next time I book. No deposit, no contract, no pressure of any kind.

I have been calling everywhere, to get a jump house. THe first place didn't have anything available bc of reduced drivers, the second didn't return the calls, but these guys got back to me within an hour, confirmed they have what we need and are able to make it work for a pretty cheap price.

Would highly recommend. The owner and his son were nice and cleaned the jumper right on the spot. So glad I found jump to the max online. Also reasonable prices.

Awesome service. I was a little skeptical at first because the website but once we talked on the phone, i was OK. They arrived on time, even enjoyed it before the party officially started. Its always nicer when its family owned service. Even invited them to stay and watch the fight lol. Will def use them again. Thanks! the kids loved the 5x1 Jumper!

I called Max for our baby's first birthday and he answered my call quickly and confirmed delivery of the bouncy house. on the day of the party, he delivered himself and setup was a breeze in out kind of small back yard. The bouncy house we received was very clean when delivered and he also cleaned all the debris fallen from the trees above making sure our kids will be safe. the price was very reasonable and business was smooth. Thanks again Max to give our kids a day full of enjoyment.

They have rude children of come into your house and invade privacy and the owner isnt very nice

I wish i could give zero stars! We booked a slide for a birthday party on Aug 5th VIA email, It was confirmed and a price and time frame of drop off was given, Come Aug 24th the day of the birthday i call max at 1115 asking where our slide was, he says that he doesnt have it on his books that we ordered one! The party was starting in less than a hour and he proceeds to not apologize but tell me that he is all the way in riverside or somewhere and he gave his drivers the rest of the day off, Basically telling me im ou of luck because he is at a event that he cant leave his dunk tank and all the other stuff unattended, So i called every other place in south bay location and finally found one to replace this one I will never call this place again ZERO STARS!

I purchased a gift certificate for this company from a school charity event. I did not realize there was an expiration date on the certificate, so I called today and they told me they would not accept it, even though it's only a couple of weeks past it's expiration. My gift certificate wouldn't even cover the cost of my rental, but he still wouldn't budge, and his attitude was less than apologetic. I rent bouncers several times a year and know who I won't be using!

This is second time to use Jump to the Max for my kids birthday party. Both time they were on time and Bouncer was good condition. We rent the tables and chairs. They were just standard as shown as on their web site. I have no complaint.

Showed up on time. Great! The bouncer had stains from silly string on it. Kind of gross. It gave the bouncer a dirty old look. Bouncer had a shade canopy that was broken. They didn't say anything to me about it. I called as soon as I noticed. They said the get broken all the time so they don't bother to fix them any more. The set up crew put a tarp down first on my beautiful lush lawn.

It burned the grass and took weeks for the grass to come back. The hold down stakes were left protruding 8 inches from the ground and one child was slightly injured when he went over the end of the slide on to the steel stake. They were over two hours late for pick-up and asked me to keep the blower fan running. Not a huge deal but my electricity powered their late pick up.
