Cal Jumps

Please, please, hire this vendor. They are just fantastic. The reservation is painless, they offer a choice of paying cash or card, and they will help you out with it. They respond to emails very quickly. The jumper was of excellent quality, came on time. I am a very, very demanding person when it comes to paying money for services, and I don't have a single bad word to say about this vendor. AND, their prices are unbeatable.

Booked a jumper over a month before the event. Even contacted them via email and got a confirmation saying that it was a available blah blah blah & that I can pay either cash or card the day of the party. Fast forward to the day of the party. Wondering why they haven't shown up yet, 12:15pm (when I booked it for 12pm-5pm). Had my cousin call them to see what's going on since I was busy hosting a party.

They tried to tell me that it was my fault for not calling to confirm. Like wtf, that's their job. They told me that the email confirmation they sent me didn't suffice. Like seriously? I was beyond irritated as I booked them in advance so I didn't have to worry about them closer to the party. Long story short, they didn't arrive until 2pm with the jumper I DID NOT want.

They knocked off $50 for their fuck up, but honestly should have been half since we only had it for half the time. And then on top of that they said I had to pay cash, even tho the email they sent me said I can pay with card. I only used them because they were on the approved vendor list from the park I was having my daughter's party at & had a cute jumper I wanted that I didn't get. Do yourself a favor and do not book with Cal Jumps. Horrible experience. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Cal Jumps is extremely easy to work with! They had quick response times from start to finish. Foster City has an approved vendor list for any parties on city property and I chose them over two other companies for various reasons. I am more than satisfied with Cal Jump's service. I'm glad I booked the jumper an hour earlier than my party's start time.

There was a lot of traffic getting from their warehouse to my location, but they called me ahead of time to reassure me that they were on the way. I reserved the jumper from 12-4pm, but they didn't get to the venue until 12:33 which was totally fine since I booked it an hour early. They got the jumper up and running in the matter of minutes! Without any hesitation, the employee was able to push the pick up time to 5pm to compensate for the hour loss.

I specially asked for the tarp at the entrance of the jumper and they were happy to provide that. I also asked about the cleaning/ sanitization process and the employee showed me the industrialized products they use. It would be awesome if they provided a video of the sanitization process! Thanks for making my son's birthday party a jumpin' one!

Cal Jumps did a fantastic job for the end-of-year party at our elementary school. German and his team provided excellent service. The reservation, delivery, and pickup all went very smoothly. I was impressed with how hard German and his team worked to make sure everything was set up properly and safely. They took very good care of their equipment and inflatables, and everything was in very good condition.

German was flexible and understanding in accommodating all of the COVID-19 protocols put in place by our school. He was also knowledgeable about the operational complexities of having several inflatables running at the same time time. I highly recommend Cal Jumps for a big or small function.

We've always had excellent service with making a reservation, delivery & pick up. The cost is worth it to keep the kids entertained for hours. I've used CalJumps several times and I highly recommend them!

Getting a mini combo jumper from Cal Jumps made my little girl's day! They arrived early to set up so we had less stress close to party time and accommodated my last minute reservation change (a day or two before the party) with no problem. I'll keep them in mind for future parties.

They were on time. Setup was quick vacuumed and cleaned the inside. Price was great during July 4 weekend

We rented a jump house, tables and chairs from these guys again this last weekend for our daughter's first birthday party. As usual, the service we received was perfect. Their way of communicating beforehand (the submission of a request for what you want and when you want it followed by several emails to ensure you know what you're getting and when) helps to alleviate any anxiety you might have about your event and their part in it.

They can't help you if your struggling over your menu. But they can ensure you have what you need to make your party a success. They arrived promptly and had everything set up very quickly and safely about an hour before our planned time taking even more stress off because I wasn't worried when they would show up. All of their supplies are well maintained and in great condition. Lastly, when they arrived to pick the supplies up at the end of the day, they had everything packed up before I even knew they were there. Again.zero stress.

On top of their great service, is the value. The cost of renting their supplies is truly competitive and I never think I am being overcharged. So, if you need party rentals, these are the only people I recommend and we will continue to use them every time we need something.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER After having paid and confirmed for 9.15am (for a 4-hour rental), they showed up at 10.10am. They did not call to warn me or apologize. In fact the owner was rude and threatening, saying that he would ask his guys to turn around and leave. The generator they came with initially did not work so they had to switch it and it was 10.30am by the time the bouncer was installed.

When I asked for a discount because we were only going to enjoy the house for 3 hours, the threats and rudeness started again. The lack of professionalism and human decency of this place is astounding, please avoid.

This review is LONG overdue. We've been using German for Jumpers for our son since he was 2 years old! We just used him again for our son's 12th Birthday this past Sunday. German, as usual, was prompt, and made the set up as easy as can be. Tear down was also a breeze for him and his crew. We appreciate you so much German! I've also called him for my friend's kid's parties in the past, and we've never had an issue. He is AMAZING!

Terrible service, very unprofessional their son came to dealiver and called me a "stupid nose" I don't know what that means but he said it in a mean tone so i assume it's an insult don't use them.

Cute local pumpkin patch with pumpkins, corn, gourds, and jump houses for the kids. Nice that it is located by the beach for making a fun day of it. Great time to be outside in Halloween season since this is basically Pacifica's sunny season. Love the shark on top of the jump house. Cute face standees for fun pics. May not be in an actual field but this pumkin patch is still a good time and a nice place to pick up a pumpkin for the season.

Great experience! The drop off and pickup were right on time. They brought everything we needed including extension cord. And it was very reasonably priced ($125). My 4 year old' bday party was a hit because of the bounce house. Highly recommend!

The service was amazing! German emailed to confirm my online order the same day. I was worried about rain since it is the winter time and he reassured me I could call the day before to cancel if I needed to due to rain. The weather ended up being amazing and we got our amazing jumper! German called the day before to ask if he could drop off the jumper at 8am for no additional cost.

Our requested time was 11-5. When he called to ask if a early drop off was okay I told him no problem we will be home and he said it would still be the same price! We ended up getting to have the jumper from 8am-6:30pm! The kids jumped all day so worth the money! We will def be returning customers!

Called 10 times, left 2 voice messages, never got respond. And then called again and got just one answer - no more jumper for the date you want. No customers service behaviors at all

We have been using them for as long as we can remember. They have always made my kid's birthdays memorable and pleasant. They have always been on time, the bounce houses were always clean, and they were always able to deliver wanted.

I don't usually do this but I had the worse expirience with this company. I called them because of all the good reviews I saw on here but my expirience was not good. I called them on a Tuesday to see if I could reserve a jumper for my daughter's party. I told them all the info INCLUDING the DATE and all the other info. He asked me to fill out an online order form.

Ok so I did. Next I called their office on Thursday because I got an email saying the price would be for $120 be they would have to add the city as an insurer. So I called them to clear things up and tell them that all the city needed was for them to fax the certificate over to them. Done all was good I got that done and basically everything was confirmed Instead if calling me on Friday.mind you my party was on that Saturday coming up.

I get an email that very rudely said "I don't have any availability for tomorrow. On the reservation from you didn't list a date for when you wanted the bounce house. Can't do anything for tomorrow." I didn't get this email until later in the day so I'm thinking all is well and I'm set for tomorrow. So I called them and I told the guy the problem I was having because first when I called the office the lady that "helped" me was rude and sounded annoyed. Listen, if you don't have the patience when dealing with customers don't be in customer service! Anyway, so I'm telling him that everything was set and that both he and the girl on different dates told me yes they could and they both knew the date!

The guy claimed they knew nothing and that verbal agreements or words didn't count! I was so so so upset because last minute they cancelled and we're so rude on the phone. They didn't care AT ALL that they could have ruined my daughter's party! So I spent the next hour or 2 looking for a new place and the only place that came through with no problem and we're really nice was NORMAL JUMP!

They were amazing! I could be wrong but I felt that they cancelled because they couldn't find a way to charge me over $100 because I had my own ge, eraser and didn't need to rent from them. I would have ended up paying only $85 or so dollars and the didn't want to come out for that low money. They were Hella rude! I will never call them or recommend them to any friends and family. They don't get no stars from me!

With short notice was able to procure a velcro wall. It was awesome. 294.00 for six hours including generator and delivery. Quick set up and quick clean up. My suggestion is to call, email and pay prior versus cash day of. Will definitely keep in my Rolodex of party planning/ activity option! They have a PayPal account if you choose to pay in full prior.

Fantastic experience. Booked about 2 weeks ago. They emailed and called to check in. Even offered to cancel day of as it was raining. We decided not to cancel as the rain was only going to last a couple of hours and the guy set up in the pouring rain without complaint. Arrived on time for set up and take down. Superior service.

The conversation went like this: Husband: What do you want for your birthday? Me: A bouncy castle party. Husband: Ha ha, very funny. What do you REALLY want? Me: Did I fucking stutter? I want a goddamn BOUNCY CASTLE. I turned a "significant age" last weekend (I'm telling people I'm 27 again.). So I decided that it would be fun to tempt fate and gather a bunch of drunks to flail around and act like idiots in a bouncy castle.

My husband called around and booked one with Bay Area Jump well in advance. But, the day before, he didn't get a confirmation call from them as promised so he followed up and was given the "Uhhh, yeah, uh, it's gonna rain, so I guess we can't deliver the bouncy castle after all." Despite my husband saying the weather was irrelevant because we had an indoor place to put the castle (seriously), they wouldn't honor the reservation.

This was like 9:30pm the night before the party. Douchey! I was pretty nervous because we'd invited a shitload of people (many from out of town) and had been crowing about the bouncy castle to anyone within earshot for about a month. If people showed up and there was no bouncy castle, we'd feel like idiots. I mean, more idiotic than a couple 30-somethings who ordered a bouncy castle.

So I looked on Yelp and came across these guys.who just so happened to be located down the road from us. My husband called them the morning of the party and they were able to help us out. For less money than the other guys, even. What a relief! They delivered and set up the castle on time, it was in great (and clean!) shape and worked perfectly, and they returned as promised the next day to take it all down. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a bouncy castle! Oh and in case you were wondering, nobody broke a hip or puked in it. WIN!
