Ram Party Rentals

I am so mad at this company right now! My husband called them earlier this week to rent a floor scrubber. He had them deliver it to the job site to use today to clean a loading dock. He drove from Benton to Monroe to do the job. The scrubber was not working. The battery was dead, the suction hose was not useable and the squeegee was broken. He called and the so called service man came out.

The man did not try to make sure it was working. Now the hose falls off every time you make a turn. So he cannot use it to do the job. They are giving him a refund, but he can't get a refund on the tank of diesel he bought and the 5 hours driving time. Wouldn't you think someone would have checked the unit before they delivered it to the job site? DON'T rent from this company! Melvin Gorman

Probably the sorriest rental place I've used. Picked up a dingo track machine that was in the worst shape possible and I used the machine for 4.5 hours. Got charged for the full day anyways. Forget about asking for a pro rate because you would be wasting oxygen even bringing it up. Unsatisfied and will be using jtb rental in calhoun like I should've done in the first place.

If I need to rent tools, I normally rent it from here. They change cx service rep.s so much though. It's like getting a new wife everytime I come through the door but it's all good. Affordable, local.they even got delivery

One of the worst experiences I've encountered. I have been lied to about parts time of arrival, after I had to call and find my own parts. Even talked to the owner, explained my situation to him and was told by him that he would call me back. He did not call me back. They've had my truck over a week and it still is not ready.

This place has a wide selection of tools for the poor DIY'er. The staff offers great advice. Their rates are also super reasonable.

I do a lot of my own landscape work and these guys are great. I've rented from them a half dozen times. The equipment always works as designed and I've literally saved $10,000+ by renting equipment and doing work myself rather than hiring someone.

I have used Ram for many projects over the last 20 years. Jay, Clint and the gang have always been helpful and professional. The sign shop I work at has saved thousands of dollars by renting from Ram and if ever there was a problem, they worked it out. For the post from about a year ago: if Ram had to threaten to "call the cops" regarding a rental, they must have had a good reason. Who knows all the situations like yours they had to deal with over the 25+ years Ram has been in business.

Most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. Threatened to call cops in voicemails for renting a tool that I told them I would have until job ended. Never did I give them a reason to think I might not being their tool back. The owner himself threatening to call cops never will I give this man my money for him to talk to people like they're lower then him. Please don't give this man your business
