Very poor communication for equipment drop off and pick up. The emphasis was based too much on what was in the contract.

Rented the inflatable archery range this last weekend. It had SEVERAL holes in it which were not noted when we picked it up. We set it up and realized that 1 of the 6 arrows was too damaged to even use. When we went to return it this morning, they were dismissive if not rude. No discount or even acknowledgment of the broken equipment they rented to us.

Their primary concern was if the equipment was wet. Which it wasn't because we didn't want to deal with the 100+ charge for a wet/damp return. So in conclusion, rent from these clowns at your own risk. And if you aren't satisfied, don't expect any sympathy or remediation. The range wasn't even worth the headache we received.

We were looking for a very large blow up obstacle course for our son's birthday. ACME nailed it. A lot of places don't have ones this big. They came and set it up the day before (my kids weren't the last bit upset over that lol). The guys seeing it up were very hemoglobin in making sure the watts or whatever were all good and that it would continue to work well.

Our party was a HUGE success and everyone had a fantastic time, kids and parents. As long a they have the big ones available when we want them, we will continue to use this company. We've already got one in mind for our daughter's grad party 4 years from now lol. But, there will be plenty of parties in between to rent from here.

We rented some games from Acme for our wedding and were pleased.

I had the best experience with ACME. I called last minute to have a yard display delivered over the weekend. They took care of my custom order, it was delivered and picked up perfectly. I can't say enough. They really made the day special.

I have been using Acme Partyworks for my school's carnival and other events for 7 years now. For our largest event, we rent 12-14 inflatables/interactives for a whole day (his includes laser tag, water slides, concessions machines and much more). I have never been disappointed with their service. They have great communication, they have always been on time, and they are fair and understanding when any type of situation arises.

They take pride in what they do which shows in their equipment and through their staff. I always recommend them to people who are looking for a place to rent inflatables and games because they have a huge selection, competitive pricing, and discounts for various scenarios. I will never look for another company to support the large events they I plan. I am a customer for life!

Wonderful to work with Acme Party Works. They let us reschedule our rental TWICE due to poor weather at no additional costs. We will be definitely using them again and highly recommend them to anyone else!

We used Acme for the first time and will DEFINITELY use again! I searched online and out of all the companies that pulled up, Acme had a slew of excellent reviews so I chose based on that. We couldn't have been more pleased! The girl who assisted in making the reservation was friendly and efficient. It was so convenient to be able to e-sign the contract and the pickup process was a snap for my husband.

Once we set up the bouncer, it was beautiful! It's clear what pride and care is taken to ensure cleanliness and professionalism. The kids had a BLAST and the machine was easy to put up and take down quickly. Dropping it back off was quick and hassle free and my husband was even early getting back to work from his lunch break, thanks to the prompt and helpful service he recieved! Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased by our experience with Acme and can't wait to use their services again in the future! We already recommended them to the friends and neighbors who attended our event and they couldn't believe what an AWESOME deal IT WAS! A tremendous first experience!

Great service! We used Acme for our annual company picnic. They brought a 30+-foot long slip and slide, a 20+ft high water slide, a mechanical bull, and an inflatable little farm for younger kids. They were a major hit! Everything was delivered and set up in plenty of time for the picnic. The workers who delivered it were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing, and the employee manning the mechanical bull was personable and helpful. We would definitely use Acme again!

Awesome experience! I had a friend suggest them and I was very please with their customer service and the bounce house itself. I chose to pick up and drop off to save some money and also able to have the bounce house the entire weekend. It was great since it rained on our actual party day! The guys loaded it and unloaded it into my Ford Explorer and gave easy instructions on how to use it once at home.

They communicated to me via email and phone several times. I received courtesy calls reminding me that they were closing at specific times and to make sure I picked up and dropped off on time. I will definitely use them again!

Horrible company Used them for a carnival for our childcare center. We had more than 200 guests in attendance. We rented everything the bounce houses, entertainment, concession and a train. Well during the last round that the train made, it flipped over. Two of our children were thrown out and one of our parents. The train landed on the two children that fell out. Spoke with Dan, I guess the owner and all he could offer them was a free bounce house.

Who would trust his company after something like this? They wanted nothing free from him. One child is three and the other is five. They are still both pretty shaken up and said they never want to ride on another train like that. This company was totally negligent. The drivers, although nice young men, were texting on their phone, talking to each other and showing each other something on each other's phones' all while driving the train.

When I went out to find them to see how the train flipped over, they were loading the train back onto their truck. Not cool at all. They didn't even help my customer and her daughter and the other child back into the building. My customer had a fracture in her toe and was all scarred up. It has been a terrible experience. Customers called Dan to complain about how fast the train was going and the negligence of the drivers and he said he was sick of hearing about this train and "business is business" I could not believe it. Well, one of our parents snapped a picture of the children on the train. and guess what, they two guys are in the photo driving and talking to each other.

The company does not want to hear from us anymore about this situation. They, I'm sure have moved on. But our little girls, the ones that fell out will have to deal with this emotionally and physically for a little while. It's really sad.

I came across Acme Partyworks when searching for entertainment for a HS After Prom Party. After looking thru their website I took a chance and called: it turned out to be a great decision! Acme Partyworks was terrific to work with from quote all the way to the pick up of their equipment. Everyone I worked with was professional and helpful. Everything was "as promised", it was delivered on time, the games were clean, the staff set everything up and took it down, and best of all the games were a big hit, even with 200+ HS students.

The pricing is fair/competitive, the contract is straightforward and there were no hidden charges. I would recommend them and I would definitely use them again! **Hippo Chow Down, Archery Hoverball, and Toxic Meltdown are great fun!

A wonderful company to deal with! The level of customer service that Acme provides is top notch. We had an issue with a piece of equipment that we recently rented and they sent someone out immediately to fix it! The staff is always polite and happy to help with setup & always presents themselves in a professional manner! Highly recommend!
