We are located in the Holland Town Center (Outlet Mall), across from the entrance to the Star Theater, at U.S. 31 and James St. in Holland, MI. Our address is 12330 James St., Holland, MI 49424. The original facility, Laser Storm of Holland, opened in 1995. In 1999, we transitioned to a new location, going from a laser tag arena of 1,800 square feet to 5,000 square feet. With the re-location, we took on a new name, The Lost City. The laser tag arena, video arcade and mini-golf span over a total of 14,000 square feet!

You haven't fully experienced The Lost City until you have tried Mini-Golf. Take a ride through the Gobi desert in our newly remodeled 9-hole indoor Mini-Golf course! Dodge crocodiles on the Nile, try to make your way through the cursed pyramid, and avoid the palm trees; it's all part of the fun at The Lost City! The last hole features a plinko game, and if you can get your ball into the middle hole, you win a free game!
The Lost City is the perfect place to stay up all night and party! Your group of 20-125 will have an incredible time in our safe, fun environment. More importantly, we can do all the work so the chaperones can relax and have a great time, too. We book out early at peak times for After-Prom and After-Graduation parties. Your group can be an official school party or book a private party for you and your friends.
My husband and I took my 11 year old son and his friend here a couple of weeks ago, and we had the most amazing experience here. The owner was so kind to our boys. When they came out of a laser game their faces were flushed & he gave them bottled water. The employees made sure that they were taken care of and got enough time in the laser game.

We hosted our event at the lost city and had a wonderful time. The staff there are very kind and helpful, the assortment of arcade machines is nice and the pizza is good! Lazer tag is complicated at first, it took us a round just to figure out what was going on, but thanks to a great Friday night deal they run here, we got unlimited rounds, so once we got rolling it was a blast. Everyone walked away glad they came! Thanks again to the owner and staff!

$17 for unlimited laser tag / mini golf / mini bowling is an amazing deal! Was only around for a couple hours for a specific event, however staff was extremely kind and accommodating, and I respect the place immensely for still being a token-based arcade instead of using a card system Great party rooms and even a small section of massage chairs are available as well.

Had an awful time when we drove 2 hours to come enjoy the day. Had a group trying to play during our game and when we talked to a manager to get money back they had an attitude and proceeded to the entire time while they did a refund for the things we didn't do; we decided Craig's cruisers will be a much better experience. Don't waste your time here just go a little ways away and enjoy that instead. I definitely will not be returning here for any reason.

The manager is very rude. I saw her yelling at employees right in front of us. She should not be working at an arcade where there is kids around all the time. The whole time i was here she basically just sat on her phone paying no attention to anything. Employees are very nice but the manager seems to act a little out there.

Great time playing random games and laser tag with family members. Was not real busy when we went and got free rain of the place which was nice. Part of our party package was pizza and soda. Sadly the pizza may have been one of the most greasy pizzas I have ever seen. Over all it was real blast and everyone had fun.

First time coming here to play laser tag and it was awesome! Two level, black light laser tag to be precise! Pretty decent prices to play, but only 30 spots per game. We reserved a time to play our three rounds ahead of time because spots fill up fast! They also have a high score board that you can enter your best scores in to try and make it to being #1! They had other fun things like an arcade, mini bowling and mini golf. All around super fun place! Highly recommend!

Great rainy day or winter activity. We went on a Tuesday. It was BOGO Tuesday. The BOGO extended to mini-golf, laser tag and mini-bowling. The place was spacious. The 9 hole mini golf course was compact and challenging. Our favorite part of The Lost City was the mini bowling WITH bumpers. My 3 year old was able to play and succeed.

I have gone to the facility "The Lost City" 3 times. Every time, I have been there something has gone wrong with my experience. The first time, their employees were giving my family a hard time about the time to go laser tagging. 3 employees were telling us 3 different things, and living far away-we ended up not going. The second time was fine. The third, I made an appointment at 11:26, exactly 1 hour before I was arriving, 12:30.
When my family arrived, their employees didn't write down the appointment. I don't suggest going, and if you have another option to not choose The Lost City. Their customer service is far from standard expectations.
