Party Max Event Rentals offers a few different solutions to crowd control including interlocking bike rack fencing, temporary panel fencing, and retractable stanchions. The most commonly used form of crowd control for events is interlocking bike rack fencing. Reply to the owner. I offered to provide another card, but I was told that they don't trust me with the equipment (tables) because one card got declined. They almost spoiled my daughters birthday party. Never use them. I don't have the option to give negative stars. These people are just fraud. you order them, give your credit card information and they will call you the day before the event to tell you that the credit card was declined and will not provide any equipment.
Even worse, they will talk to you as somemone who would run away with their stuff. It's impossible for my credit card to be declined as I used the same credit card for my other purchases and it worked just fine. No business can be this rude to their customers. I would suggest people to stay away from them. If you still like them, you'll be scrambling for supplies just like me.

I did not end up going thru this business because of their horrible service. I began by checking their website. I was looking for a bounce house for a birthday party. After finding a rental that I wanted I called their store to set up the rental. I talked to someone and after taking my info they said they would email me an invoice. The next day NO invoice.
So I called again, no answer so I left a message. They never called back so later that day I called again. On the phone I was asked to fill out the online rental request and they would then send the invoice and contract. The next day NO invoice. I called and left a message. They did not call back. Later that day I called yet again. They invoice was resent, but it had the wrong bounce house.
When I told the sales person that the process was becoming very frustrating her response was "rent from someone else" and she hung up on me. WOW! I did just that and found a company that wanted my business. I wouldn't trust this company to show up they are rude and a bounce house rental should not take 3 days to set up!

Wow! The group of 4 guys Party Max sent out to put up the tents were awesome! We had a 40X60 tent and they were in the middle of setting up on Friday during the roughest part of the storm. They worked like crazy (avoided all the sprinkler lines, thank GOD) and were there for 3 hours! Everything was set up perfect and stayed perfectly in place. For tare down they were gracious enough to give me a time and were prompt and fast.
They took care of everything and we could not have been more impressed. Thanks again for sending such a hard working team and for all your support these last two events. You were quick with every change, were able to supply EVERYTHING we needed and really gave us a since of confidence knowing you "had our backs". We will be calling Party Max and ONLY Party Max for our next event!

This place was the WORST. Not only did they not tell me when they were delivering our tent and tables, but the OWNER got on the phone and told me to "just hold on, lady." He was SO rude, raised his voice to both me and my husband, HUNG UP on me, and delivered a dirty tent and tables. And then get this, he charged us twice for the tables, and it took 3 months and several phone calls to get the charges off of my credit card. I would NEVER use this place again, I have never been treated so rudely by a "business owner" before in my life.
