Monster Jumps plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering, which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.
We are a small family owned and operated company located in Livermore, dedicated to customer service. We work hard and we play hard as you can see in the picture. It was a long day at Disneyland, 15 minutes before the Electric Light Parade and my son just couldn't make it. But we guarantee we will make it for your party.

I work as an assistant and recently had the task of booking a water slide. Mark is pleasant, prices are reasonable, and most of all, his slides are maintained in impeccable condition. The water slide was clean and it was set up quickly. Tear down equally as fast. Mark's professionalism is among the best that I have ever dealt with. We would hire him again and every time without a doubt!

We've used Monster Jumps twice now, both times for water slides. From set up to clean up, the entire experience has been a breeze, and I love that the kids are on the slide within 15 minutes of arrival. These slides are super heavy duty, so no worries when dad or grandpa decide they need a go at it! Mark, the owner, always has great tips about positioning and drains, which really improve the safety and less wear on the landscaping. We've been extremely pleased, in fact, they just left, and the kids are already talking about the next one they want to try!

Great vendor! Came to our house and set up the jumper as scheduled. Was very accommodating and worked very efficiently. Mark later came back just to check in to see how the jumper was working out. Picked up promptly several hours later. Great guy, exceptional service. Would never use anyone else for my party needs!

My son loved celebrate his 2nd birthday with a giant 6-in-1 bounce house! There were several 2 year olds, a 7 year old, and every age in-between (not to mention the 30 year olds) and everyone enjoyed bouncing for hours! Mark from Monster Fun Jumps is a true professional from his website, responsiveness, set up, take down, and overall demeanor. We highly recommend him and will be renting from him in the future

Used Monster Jumps this weekend for a reasonably large party (roughly 30 kids). Mark came through with flying colors - great attitude, set up neatly and safely ahead of schedule, tore down the next day as promised (we had a late running party). Kids absolutely loved it! It helped make for a good party. I would highly recommend using Mark and Monster Jumps to entertain younger kids at your next party!

I planned a party and at the last minute (literally the day before) decided to get a bounce house. I only had a specific budget and time frame for it to be delivered and Monster Jumps worked with me to drop it off when it was convenient for me (even with their full schedule) upgraded us to the cool monster truck for free, and provided hours of entertainment for kids. I called on a Thursday to book a bounce house for the following Saturday. I spoke with Mark, who answered my my questions and concerns. The reservation process was easy and quick. The day prior to my event, Mark called to confirm my reservation and provided a delivery time. Mark was friendly and prompt on the day of delivery. The bounce house was clean and in good condition. Both the interior and exterior was clean and it did not have any musty odor. I would definitely recommend using Monster Jumps for your event(s).

Absolutely a great business to work with. I used Mark for two different events, my daughter's birthday and my wife's surprise party. The setup and takedown was easy. The jumpy houses were clean and the service was excellent. I was most impressed by Mark's honesty because he found my cousin's watch in the jumpy house a few days later and he came and dropped it off to my cousin. Five stars.

We had Monster Jump's 3 in 1 jumpy house for my sons 5th birthday and we are very happy with our choice. We had 25 kids under the age of 6 had a blast! They came, installed, the jumpy was very clean, and it doesn't stink like others do. I think for 5.5 hrs the price was reasonable and the owner deals directly so no need to tip extra! We will use them again upon my kids request.

My son asked for a bounce house for his 5th birthday party and I just couldn't say no. I had never rented one before so I did my research and ultimately chose Monster Fun Jumps. I wanted a reputable, Livermore-based business and I definitely got one! Mark, the owner, was very prompt and friendly and the bounce house was incredibly clean. As a newly-single mom, it was extremely important to me to throw my son an amazing party and, when I saw the bounce house all set up, I almost cried! It was sparkling clean and so fun to jump in (hey, I had to test it out for safety reasons!). Absolutely the best $135 I've ever spent!

I have used Monster Fun Jumps for 4-5 parties over the last few years. All my interactions have been professional. The water slides and other things I have used have been all in great shape and very safe. Safety is their first priority. Everything has always arrived on time, and they have been very flexible when working with us. I will continue to use Monster Fun Jumps for my parties!
