Princess Pony Parties

Okay, I hired them for my daughter's birthday. I didn't know what to expect. I asked for pony party and petting zoo with one pony as a unicorn. First, it was great for the kids. My daughter was so happy the whole time. Second, The workers were amazing to the people. They treated everyone in a very friendly and helpful matter. Third, the animals all seem well taken care of. It made our unicorn birthday party absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.

I booked with Pony Part Express last minute and the ladies were able to work something out for me. They were also able to accommodate a last minute time change for the party due to weather. Great communication as well. Little Britches was awesome and the kids loved him. He was good and patient with the kids and is so adorable. I would recommend Pony Party Express and will definitely use them again in the future .

We had Daisy the pony come to our 3 year olds birthday party. Teresa the pony's handler was so kind and great with my granddaughter! Also very knowledgeable about horses! It was worth every penny to see the look in her face when the pony came into back yard. The owner Paula was very quick to respond to my questions and very helpful. Just a great experience and I would highly recommend. I would definitely use this business again!

I just wanted to thank everyone at Pony Party express, for making a 1st birthday memorable for everyone. I appreciate how quickly my questions were answered and coming out short notice and being so accommodating! The young ladies that came to visit, with all our new furry friends, were so wonderful and made sure any little one ot big one that wanted to love on the animals was able too. The ladies were super professional, were super friendly, and went above and beyond for my child's birthday party! I will definitely take my children back!

Didn't deliver what was agreed on (white unicorn), instead got a brown pony and I provided the small CHILD intended unicorn headband. She called an hour before the party asking if it was a "big deal" that they forgot their unicorn stuff in another trailer. I thought it wouldn't be that big of a deal since I was expecting a white pony, then they bring a brown one.

The next day I emailed her to ask about some sort of reimbursement since I didn't get what was agreed on. I had to go round and round with her and she reluctantly gave a $25 refund. I originally paid $200 (which was all paid prior to the party). I waited until the next day to email her, because it wouldn't have done any good during the party and I had other things to do, like run my child's party. She was then passive aggressive stating she "feels bad for her sweet pony". Make no mistake, this has EVERYTHING to do with her service and nothing to do with the pony.

We had Pony Party Express out for my daughter's 4th birthday. They were on time, gave rides for the time allotted, and the kids had a blast. My daughter is already asking to do it again for her 5th birthday!

Rented a pony for my son's 3 year old birthday party and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The total experience was wonderful! The owner and staff were amazing! The pony was so sweet and my sons just loved him and the lady that was handling the pony. Will for sure recommend to anyone and will be using again!
