This was the most amazing company to work with. They bent over backwards to make our experience amazing! They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Their staff was incredibly respectful of our property, grounds, and social happenings. We couldn't be more thrilled and thankful to have worked with this company!

We rented the unicorn bouncy castle for our daughters birthday. We did the pick up and drop off ourselves the whole experience was amazing. This is our second time renting from all star rental and I recommend you choose them for your bouncy castle rentals. I'll use them again for sure.

All Star Jump is SO professional! We recently had an an event for 5000 people all the way over near Wenatchee--Trudy in the office was so helpful, quick to answer our questions, and ready with paperwork and phone calls and texts to make sure everything was right. Despite our distance from Spokane, the crew arrived on time, set up quickly, and they were friendly and professional. We are already planning our next event with All Star Jump as our supplier, and we are anticipating another super fun time with clean and innovative inflatables.

All Star Jump has ALWAYS been amazing! I first used them about 7yrs ago and keep coming back for family events. I recommend them to everyone I know. Everyone you interact with at All Star are All Stars! They are polite, professional, and willing to help with any questions you have. Setup and take down are quick. They always call before they show up, which is very nice! Trudy is absolutely incredible and will get back to you immediately, which makes you feel like they actual value you as a customer! Anyways, if you haven't used All Star Jump, I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!

All star jump is always my go to for parties. My son always wants a combo unit and we always get it for his birthday in April. We do customer pickup and never have any problems getting it all set up on our own. They are always so helpful and friendly. Thanks for being a big part of our boys special day.

Couldn't have been happier with my jump house rental. I was contacted two days ahead of time to confirm delivery date. And then again the day prior to finalize. And the day of about 30 min prior to delivery. Communication was great. Setup and tear down were both hassle free and fast. The gentlemen were very professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone.

Used this company for the first time this past weekend. It was the best experience ever! They were so well organized and fast! They came at 7:30am to drop off and set up, then back by 7:30 to load and take away. I don't know why or how I have not used them in the past, but I will 100% use again and again. I have 4 kids and they enjoyed the Jump house and the HUGE 19' slide so much; they were on the darn things from the time they were set up to them taking them down.

The company is very well priced and soooooo easy to work with. Alot of the communication was on text, which for me, a busy mom of 4 kids who owns a business was amazing. They also sent a text to let us know when they were coming for delivery and pick up. Wonderful experience all around. Thank you!

We have been using All Star Jump for years! I HIGHLY recommend them for school carnivals and such events. Great hard working staff, always happy and customer oriented! The team at All-Star made it easy for us to organize great events and our volunteers loved how easy it was to be involved without a lot of stress! We continue to use them for our annual summer party too! Great group of people!

I was so excited to finally be able to throw a big birthday for my son. About a month and a half in advance I reserved the "Jungle Combo" which was had a photo attached of a bounce castle that had both water and dry features as well as palm trees and a large slide into a pool. I signed the contract/agreement and immediately called to confirm because I wanted to make sure I ordered properly for a full day.

The lady I spoke with at the time confirmed my order and I was going to pay immediately but was told to wait until a few days before my event. I call 1 week prior to find out that "they had improperly labled" the bounce house back then and that the bounce house I ordered was in fact already reserved and gone for my event. I did not even receive a "sorry" or anything but that they would find a different one that I didn't reserve.

The lady gave me a $50 discount after I asked. Which made me feel that they didn't care about me being a paying customer. She actually argued with me that I had ordered wrong until I proved to her that I didn't. I am only giving a 2 star because the guys who delivered were incredibly kind and respectful. However, I will not be using their services for future events out of the fear that they may not actually have the bounce house I will attempt to reserve. As I can see in these reviews I am not the only person this has happened to.

Amazing service and staff. I picked up and dropped off the bounce house we rented, and all the interactions were great! It was a great quality bounce house as well, with a high quality Frozen picture on the front! Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for one to rent!

I'm blown away by the kindness I was shown by All Star Jump when we had the privilege of using one of their Fairy Tale Combo inflatables. When adverse circumstances outside of anyone's control arose after we'd booked the inflatable, ASJ went above and beyond to accommodate us and because of that our daughter had a fantastic birthday weekend. We'll definitely be back and we've already been telling our friends about the fantastic experience we had with ASJ. Thank you!

We rented a wet/dry slide. The guys who called and came to set up and break down were very kind and professional. They set up and broke down fast. Everything was very secure. All star jump is one of the more expensive jump companies in Spokane. It was a last min idea so they were the only ones who had availability otherwise we would of went with the other cheaper companies who offer the same ideas but more options and newer, nicer slides.

The slide we rented was fun but worn and very used. Overall the kids had a lot of fun and if it came down to it we definitely would rent from them again but wish it was a tad bit cheaper.

Absolutely a deplorable company setting up shop in the Spokane Valley Mall. Funny it's right next to the FREE playgrounds. Shady business should not receive anyone's business in the mall. No tint in windows, so anyone can come and stare at your child from outside. The guy working had no idea what their fire escape plan is. They only put it here to in hopes that a parent will cave once their child sees their playgrounds.

Oh and 5 bucks for 15 minutes. Wow. A Dispicable company with a despicable business model. In the span of 45 minutes this location caused 4 meltdowns of kids and ruined about 3 families that just wanted to use the free playground the mall provides. But who would want to use that when this pos company puts up shop right in front knowing they will make kids cry and fuss to go in there. And hope that the parents will cave.

Went to their new location in the valley mall and had a great time! The staff was very nice and personable. Will definitely come back

I cannot write a nice enough review about the experience Rogers Grad Night 2018 had with All-Star Jump! We rented from them in 2015 and knew what the options were but in 2018 we asked for a lot more equipment and more advice. Before the event, Philip and Trudy were reliable assistants who were readily available for our parent group and coordinator with advice and flexibility to make our evening perfect.

Right before the event, this company went out of its way to make sure our equipment was running perfectly. We had a young man sewing up our bull riding air cushion for hours before our event! He was quite the tailor! At the event itself, Charlie and Connor showed the same professionalism and flexibility to our 200+ guests at 8:30 PM as they did at 4 AM!

They ran a mechanical bull the entire night, were right on repairs, and never faltered in their customer service. The airbrush artist was a true artist who offered tattoo quality art and badass designs which our graduates could not get enough! I highly recommend All-Star Jump. the people, the company, the cost, the short window for set up and breakdown, and the selection of equipment! We feel very lucky that we have them in Spokane!

Lies up until the hour of the party. No cotton candy machine, no balloon guy, group of crying kids. They promised delivery a half hour before the party. Never showed, never called. Don't let these trashy ex cons disappoint your children like they did mine.

The BEST costumer service. They are so experienced and just a well rounded company. So kind and caring. I called the day before I needed a jumper (I called right when they were closing) that didn't stop them from coming out and dropping it off. Seriously the best costumer service around. Hats off to you guys All Star Jump. You guys are my favorite.

Excellent service! I ordered 2 jumpers from 12-4. They came early to set up no extra charge. Very fast and friendly company. Exceeded my expectations. They called before to let me know when they were going to deliver and called me after the party was over to ask how everything went. A+ you guys really know your stuff when it comes to serving your customers. Definitely going through you guys again for party bouncers.

Excellent services! We have used them for 5 years for both our daughters parties. Always on time, have great extras to make the party extra special. Balloon man Dan is great with the kids and we always get a cotton Candy machine and a snow cone machine, good prices!

My seven year old just told me she had the "best Birthday party ever". I am known for the Birthday Parties I give my kids. I would have to say this was the funnest, easiest and best thing I have done yet. The kids loved it, the set up was done by someone else. They came in and set it up and took it down painlessly. I would def recommend this company, great to deal with.
