Never again. I have used these guys since my son was born and they were in Franklin. they were always good but than they moved to Bellingham and everything has changed. I ordered 3 tables, 1 round and 2 6' long with 25 chairs and a bouncy house. When I got home and after my fiance had written a check on 4/23/21, there were only 2 tables. I dealt with it, it is what it is.
Now let's fast forward to today. my check had still not been cashed. When I called no one knew anything about it or why. So I called the bank to put a stop hold on it. In the process of that phone call and with in the 20 min I had talked to the rental shop, my check magically cashed. When I called again I was told there was nothing that could be done. Needless to say I'm paying even more fees now on a check that should have been cashed 2 weeks ago. I will never use this place again. Not for my lawn needs either anymore.

I highly recommend Franklin Party Rentals. Originally I used a competitor to order tables for a Sunday party. I realized too late that the tables were the wrong size. The competitor was not returning my after hours messages to fix the problem. Desperate, I called Franklin Party Rentals. Jeff returned my call and didn't hesitate to help me out. He met me early Sunday morning to give me the supplies I needed. With all that is involved in party planning, it is comforting to know that this business is available even after hours. I will definitely call them first next time.
