What a brilliant firm Richer Sounds to deal with, over the years( 8) I have bought 2 tvs (still working fine, dvd recorders and my last purchase in 2019 I bought a onkyo alexa type speaker etc, 2 yrs later march 2022 had a problem with it losing Internet connection (alexa) made a phone call to richer sounds as they give a 6yr warranty great. Told bring it in sent it away but Couldn't be fixed so they have refunded the total cost of what I paid in 2019 who else would do that? Great firm to buy from.

Very impressed with the service at Richer Sounds. Ordered a headphone amplifier via their online service and picked it up next day from the shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will be returning.

My mum and dad got a telly from here unfortunately the back lights broke. I rang the company on there behalf as they had a guarantee. Customer service was excellent no issues kept you informed.
