Working with Mark and his staff for my daughter-in-law's shower, was nothing short of a fantastic. The whole process from start to finish was incredibly smooth. I was throwing a birthday party for my Mother and wanted something festive and classy. I brainstormed with Mark, referring to some of the pictures on his website, and he figured out exactly what I wanted. They delivered the fabulous balloon arrangements right on time (a couple of hours before the party) and the delivery person was very helpful and friendly! Almost everyone at the party told me how much they loved the balloons. A great experience from start to finish!

I had a circus themed party and requested a clown themed balloon sculpture for the party. Mark, at Life O' the Party delivered! The clown was fantastic and a huge hit as were the large primary colored balloon floaters. Great communication, and delivery. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service! We needed helium balloon decorations for a baby shower last minute, as the restaurant where it was supposed to happen was cancelled. I spoke to an employee in the early afternoon to explain the situation and Mark called me back right away to set up a delivery and quantity of balloons needed. I would absolutely recommend this business because they where able to meet our expectations, friendly customer service, delivery was on time and even early! All balloon decorations where setup by the gentleman delivering the balloons, everything looked beautiful in our last minute backyard party!

So happy I found this company for our sons first birthday party! They were so easy to work with and the balloons were waiting for us at the venue before we even arrived to set up! They even sent a few extra! Thank you so much for the great service!

I was super surprised there were so many great reviews for this company. I did not have the great experience everyone raved about. I made my call about a week before I needed the balloons delivered. I must say right away they were very off putting and rude, as if I was bothering them with my buisness and call. Regardless, I set up 22 balloons to be sent as a birthday gift to my significant other as a surprise.

A few days pass and I still did not get an email and my card was not charged. So the day before the delivery was supposed to be made I called back to verify everything was still set. Again they were very rude. They said my order merged with someone elses order and they didn't have any of my information. So if I did not call back the balloons would have not been delivered.

I had to give my information and card number again. You would think they would have been nicer this time around, still not. So when the balloons got to my boyfriend some of them were already popped apparently it happened on the way over to him. It's just ridiculous for 100 dollar balloons to deal with rude customer service and not the full amount of balloons delivered. I gave 2 stars because at least he got them within the time range and was surpirsed. But that was about it.

Mark at Life o' the Party was very responsive and quick in answering any and all questions I had regarding our balloon arch for our wedding ceremony. The arch looked beautiful and we received so many compliments on it from the guests at our wedding. The set up was painless (despite it being up five flights with a small elevator) and everything was incredibly affordable. I'd definitely recommend Life o' the Party for your party needs.

I recently had Life O the party make balloon arrangements for my 50th Birthday Party. Mark was very accommodating and professional throughout the whole process. He was great to work with and I was very happy with the results. Thank you Mark and staff for making my event a great one.

I can't believe I'm writing this review. I mean who would get passionate about a party planning company? But the balloons were stellar and Mark takes such a personal interest in making sure everything was just right, that I couldn't help myself. Give them a call, you won't regret it. Will certainly use them again.

I had a great experience working with Mark for the centerpieces for my daughter's christening. Mark helped me recreate a picture I had seen on the internet and explained what the best route would be to complete the centerpiece. In addition, the price was the most affordable around, and delivery was right on time with no worries at all! I recommend Life O' the Party for tone looking for a balloon creation!

Mark Zettler was beyond unprofessional and rude! All I asked was if he was able to provide entertainment for a one year birthday party. Which is simply a yes or a no., but instead he went on lecturing how toddlers are and their short attention span etc. He went further sharing his opinion about how parents don't pay attention to their kids. He also went on saying kids at that age won't do anything except crawl around and that THEY DON'T do any entertainment for them. He was condescending and arrogant! This person doesn't deserve any stars! Don't waste your time and money people!

Over the years I have used Life O the party for many events. They are awesome to work with. Centerpieces, balloon arches, balloon sculptures, they do it all and they do it all well.

We used Life O' the Party to decorate a corporate party. Their team was excellent to work with. They were responsive, professional, on time, and the balloons themselves looked great! Using their delivery service took a lot of stress out of our day. Call them for your next event and have one less thing to worry about!
