Carmen is the best! She offered tremendous customer service by sharing pics with me of different balloons for my New Years Eve and Happy Birthday bouquets, made payment easy, and offered delivery with covid-safety precautions. Her selection of balloons was great too!

Carmen went above and beyond when I placed a last-minute delivery order on Father's Day. My dad is unable to leave his bed on his own and my siblings and I live out of town. Carmen really brightened his afternoon with her lovely arrangement of balloons and a stuffed animal. When no other store was available on a holiday, Just Illusions came through and saved the day! This place is amazing the lady that runs it is super sweet super informative and ready to help in anyway she can! I needed balloons last minute for my mom's 50th bday surprise and she delivered them within 2 hrs of ordering them! She's the best!

I hired them last year for my granddaughter's 1st Birthday party. They were absolutely the best. The owner Carmen is very helpful and so are all of her employees. They do beautiful work and are very reasonable. I'm hiring them to decorate again this year. It's a small local business. So I choose to support them.

We had a great experience working with Just Illusions. We had a magician for our kids birthday party who was professional, fun and entertaining. Everyone had a great time. Working with Carmen was great. from scheduling to payment options. I would (and did) recommend Just Illusions to friends and family.

I needed entertainment for the kids at a mixed (adults/children) party. The face painter is very talented. Even adults had their faces done when they saw her results. The games n dancing leader was awesome. The kids were up for anything. When the party ended the kids did not want to go home.

I wish you were able to give negative stars. I'm currently at a child's birthday party and thus lady is the worst. After receiving full payment being an hour late, bringing the wrong character because the magician was "sick" they said they didn't get fully paid and had to be shown credit card receipts. They took pictures and once printed out the party lights were on ppl faces in the pictures and were told "she couldn't do nothing about it" Bad attitude, she said we couldn't take pictures with too many ppl cause she would get "confused" printing them out. Smh, just bad service period!

Thank God the actual princess was nice because the lady in charge was HORRIBLE. To be professional you would think she'd know how to handle a child's party without getting confused, or having an attitude. Would never recommend them to even my worst enemy.
