I have worked with this company for about 10 years. They have provided generators for our annual festival. Their customer service is amazing, if an issue ever occurred it was corrected immediately without causing any issues or lack of power. Their pricing is very reasonable. Without them our event wouldn't be as great as it is. They have been great with our vendors going above they job duties to accommodate.
Their company has made my job as an event coordinator less stressful. It's a family run business and they make you feel like they are your family. Sadly last year just weeks before my event the Dad of the company unexpectedly passed away. They still showed up and gave my event 100% even though they were grieving. We at Custer fair grew to love Mr Bertone AKA pops.
His passing was definitely felt at the fair as there was an emptiness not having him there. I can't stress enough how amazing this company is. I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed. Highly professional company and staff.
