About Us Report

With extensive training in Fine Arts, Special Events and Makeup Effects, Artist/President Stacey Zarcone founded New York Party Artz in 2005. She received her degree in Fine Arts in 1996 and moved on to studying Makeup Effects in Toronto, Canada. She then landed a position at a Special Effects Company in NYC.
