We had a fabulous experience with Let's Jump. I found the company online but from my first call with Jenna, everything was so well organized and professional. I was super impressed. I had never rented an inflatable before and she guided me through the process and answered all my questions kindly and informatively. She followed up with a detailed emailed about next steps and a text alerting me to the time our bounce house would be dropped off the night before our event.

I couldn't believe how seamless and easy the entire process was! The bounce house arrived on time and was in great condition. Process was so smooth and the kids had an absolute blast for hours! We contacted Let's Jump on short notice and they delivered! We rented the T-Rex combo bounce house for our son's birthday and it was a hit. They set it up on time and picked it up as promised. We would highly recommend using Let's Jump for all your bounce house needs.

Fantastic experience! Great communication with very friendly staff! We ordered the bounce house with slide; the staff had the device on site and inflated during the agreed upon time, and were prompt to pick it up at the end of the day. The bounce house was in great condition, and the kids loved it. Furthermore, we ordered the snow cone machine, which was easy to use and a HUGE hit with the kids! We will always use this company in the future, highly recommend!

Fantastic! Set up was super fast and well before our event started! I needed to add chairs and just texted and they added them no problem and sent an email confirmation right away. I will definitely use Lets Jump again, kids had a blast!
