Train Party Express

Rented the race car train for my sons first birthday and it was the best thing! Everyone loved it! The driver arrived early to the party to get set up and start right on time! Driver was super friendly and enthusiastic with the kids. Hope to rent another time! Everyone loved it and didn't want to get off, adults and kids! This was special for us because my son was born in a car so the theme meant something to us and that we can make something fun of that memory for his first birthday was sweet!

I ordered the train and foam pit for my son's 3rd birthday and it was a hit! They called a couple of days prior to confirm and arrived early to set up. They were really nice. I would definitely recommend renting from this company.

Booked this company last minute for an office Trunk or Treat. The customer service was excellent. The race car train operators were friendly and all the kids enjoyed the race car train around the parking lot. The highlight of the party. Would recommend.

The two engineers that showed up to drive the train were so wonderful! My son rode the train around the neighborhood for the entire hour and a half. Perfect for his 6th birthday. The guests loved it too, and we also rented the popcorn maker. Excellent birthday party, these guys really made my son's day. Worth every penny.

Train was a hit at the birthday party. Robbie was easy to work with. Staff came up early to set up photo booth and Train. We also got a shave ice machine, but didn't have time to get the ice due busy party planning. Maybe will opt for the popcorn machine next time. All the kids enjoyed the photo booth and they all lined up patiently waiting for the train. Thanks again, will book for future parties.

We were really happy with our trackless train rental for my boy's 4 year old birthday. I called with plenty of time to secure our reservation with a credit card and the owner, Robbie, showed up on time and did a great job. I have no complaints with our experience and would recommend!

So disappointed in the customer service. We have used this train since my sons first birthday so this would have been the 5th year we've given them business. It's always been a hit and we've never had a problem until now. We had made contact asking for availability and Robert confirmed that the date was open to call and give payment details.

We called several times as well as emailing to ask for a good time so the payment could be processed since no one was answering. After a week, today, someone I presume Robert answered and informed us that it had been rented. And when questioned why they didn't answer he said he "thought he emailed me". Not in the least bit apologetic for not even checking back seeing that we had confirmed and it wasn't our problem they weren't answering calls or emails. I've never had a rental of any kind not at least check with the person before renting to the next person.

I blown away with the lack of any type of apology especially since we've given them business year after year. Now to explain to my son that his favorite part of his party is no longer available

The train was a hit at my son's birthday party. The conductor was super nice and very professional. The red train was super cute with the face in the front. The music that was played along the ride make it more enchanting and special. Friends and family enjoyed the hour we had them over. I highly recommend if your child is into trains. It will be a special day for them.

Absolutely amazing. From the photo quality to the props and the Attendant. They arrived at the event early and stayed late for a few of our late guest. Super professional and friendly. Definitely recommend for photo booth rentals in Orange County.

They did an amazing job for my son's birthday party. They were on-time and got everything set-up super quick. Kids bday parties are always hectic; they simply came in and just starting to set-up. They were always super friendly, playing with the kids and ensuring they were having a good time. Not to mention they have great print quality! Some places have prints come out super dark or you can tell they're using an old lens, but their prints come out with vibrance and clarity. Thank you for making my son's bday super memorable and fun!

Hired the cho cho train for my sons 4th birthday party and it was a great hit! I was initially worried after reading several reviews about them not showing up but I called several times during that week to confirm the date. The conductor showed up early and in costume. Hired them for 2 hours and it was worth it. Even adults rode it so not just an attraction for kids. Train was in good quality and had seat belts. It doesn't go fast so kids sitting by themselves were perfectly safe. Definitely recommend to anyone interested.

I hired this company for my son's first birthday party and the train ride was a big hit! Ron came early to set up. He even threw in a popcorn and snow cone machine. The face painter that we hired through them also did a wonderful job. Prices are reasonable, would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Recently attended a party where the race car train had been rented. The kids had a blast in the cars. The driver was very friendly and made it fun. Liked the music being played! On the slight negative side, the lead car had some stinky exhaust that i suggest they may want to improve. I would certainly consider booking them in the future for a party for my son, but it is a bit expensive ($250 for the first hour).

Very impressed! We recently booked the race car train for our little girl's 3rd birthday. Several days before the event, we received a phone call to confirm. On the day of the event, the driver was very professional - he arrived early to assemble the train, came dressed as a race car driver, and even stayed a little over the agreed-upon time frame.

I would highly recommend this company. The birthday guests, and most importantly, our little girl, had a blast! By the way, the train seats both children and adults, so all of your guests can join in on the fun!

This company is SO awesome! The train was amazing, riding through our neighborhood. We used for our toddler boy's 3rd birthday. They showed up on time and everything was clean. Would highly recommend. The face painter was out of this world too!

We had the Train Party Express come to celebrate my son's 2nd birthday and it was a hit! They were on time and great with the kids. Everyone loved it and it kept the kids busy for an hour. : We got so many compliments and I think they made some new customers. Prior reviews were split 50/50 so I wanted to add in my opinion.

Amazing. This was the highlight of my three year old's birthday party. It kept everyone entertained for over an hour. Everyone patted me in the back at the end of the party for thinking of this. Would highly recommend, especially for a toddler boy's party!
