Great location in the centre of Barcelona and very near the Marina and beach. The friendly staff, who were happy to accommodate all needs, were polite and proactive in asking if you needed assistance. Wonderful rooftop bar, pool and views of Barcelona. Even the breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay again

A good 4* hotel in a great location. Design and style not to my personal liking, but that's personal. I hated the laminated parquet flooring. Yet, service was wonderfully and everything sparkly clean

Great location, closed to any point of interest, easy to walk to any direction even to Barcelonetta. The room was amazing, huge bathroom, bed comfortable. My stay was special due to lovely Andrea who was always there for different suggestion and helping me with any request. Recommend this hotel.

Great location, updated rooms, and a fantastic terrace. But the best part of my stay was the exceptional customer service. There were two staff members at the desk (one during the day, one at night) and both were incredible. I received great advice on how to see the city as a tourist and genuine care. They reserved my taxi for my 430am trip to the airport, and even packed a breakfast for me in a bag to take along with me, which had a sandwich, yogurt, and other snacks.

In the moment I declined, thinking I wouldn't have time before boarding my flight, but I instantly regretted that decision while waiting to board-it was such a useful and thoughtful touch. When I'm in Barcelona again in the future I will definitely be back.

Staff are the best! very kind, friendly and polite but room service is not very good because in evenings it's close and you have to go to reception and give your services. Breakfast is good and Cost-effective hotel has app for phone that's very useful and you can order services that you want and also you can open your room with your phone. there is a good bar and terrace on roof that you can drink and enjoy Barcelona city view. Location of hotel is perfect and with 5 minutes walking you can arrive to walking-street Ramblas Again the most important strength of the hotel is its staff
