Previous employee here. The two main "agents" at TEI north treat their staff like trash. I have never been in such an abusive work environment and am horrified that this is going on and they're getting away with it. I was also told to lie to clients (artists and venues) daily and to ignore artists when they inquired about receiving payment for a gig they had played months ago. Their business model revolves around taking advantage of artists who don't know the business side of things and businesses who don't know the entertainment side of things.
