Ordered a bouncy house from this company, paid a deposit just to have them show up to my sons 1st bday party with no generator to blow to bouncy house up! I guess it was our responsibility to locate a outlet for then to plug it into? If we would have known that they needed an outlet we would have probably chosen a different location or company. The guy that showed up was pretty nice, so 2 stars.

We based our search on yelp reviews, and were not disappointed. They were great! Searching for the right bouncy house for us with lots of options and very reasonable prices, it was worth for us not to wait for an event but just celebrate the end of summer with a blast. They arrived early and picked up on time and efficiently, very nice staff and overall great experience. They are definitely our go to when it comes to our kids events.

I ordered from here for my daughters 6th bday party Steve help me set it up over the phone payment process which is definitely fast friendly service MORE IMPORTANT REASONABLE PRICES then Jonah and another gentleman who name I didn't catch came was ON TIME, RESPECTFUL, Well mannered young men WHO SET UP THE BOUNCE HOUSE AND ALSO WENT OVER SIMPLE RULES AS WELL CLEANED IT UP BEFORE KIDS ENTERED THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH MY DAUGHTER HAD A BLAST

I called a different local (Lake Stevens) company multiple times without any return phone calls. Finally that company emailed me back looking for payment. Didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card over the internet to a company who cannot even let you speak to a human being in a 10 day span of requesting a call back. If we have problems with a jumpy or they don't show up who would I call.
At the last minute I called this company, spoke to a nice man and he set me up no problems. The jumpy was clean, they arrived plenty early and had good costumer service. Thanks guys!

Bouncyhouse.com was great to work with. I had questions before reserving a bounce house and Steve called me back after I left a message and answered my questions. I reserved online, easy peasy. Item was delivered as expected. It was great. Someone sets it up.the thing inflates and deflates in a minute. Very neat. Kids love love loved it. We did run into a challenge where the optional vinyl velcro on rain covers were accidentally not left at our house.and of course it started to rain.
I called and the delivery person came back to drop them off and also dried off the bounce house. We also had a slight technical mishap that I emailed Steve about. I wasn't angry and I didn't ask for money back. In fact, I had already been planning to rent again in the future. But Steve called me VERY quickly and apologized for the challenges and gave me a coupon for a free rental of the same size bounce house. I didn't even ask for that. So, in a nutshell, we had a very good experience with BouncyHouse.com.

These guys are great! We have used them for the last two years for our daughter's birthday parties. They are inexpensive (comparatively) and have great products and their service is beyond reproach. We were able to find them after the first year by going through all of the bouncy house sites listed. They have the best options and prices. They are the official bouncyhouse.com.
Everything is set-up so it is the easiest part of throwing a party. You can go on-line, select what you'd like, and get a quote. They will contact you and figure-out drop-off details. Both times we used them they showed-up on time, set the house up, and made sure it was in working order before leaving. BouncyHouse.com was about as easy as it gets and the service was excellent. My daughter selected the bouncy house she wanted for her birthday party and immediately reserved and payed for the rental on the website. I got a call the day before to schedule delivery. A very nice and professional deliveryman showed up right when he said he would, set it up quickly, went over all the paperwork with me and scheduled a pickup time.
He came back right when he said he would, packed it up, and thanked me for the business. 10/10, would rent from them again. Note: Make sure you read the bouncy house dimensions and confirm you have enough room in your yard. Although I measured ahead of time, and everything fit, I was still surprised at how large the thing was when fully inflated.
