Ive rented trailers here on multiple ocassions and had great service and an easy time. If you are looking for a dump trailer that doesnt come with a dilly requirment like needing a 3/4 ton truck to use then this is your spot.

They are very personable and understanding. They have some of the best prices on town. I usually check them first. Some guys in town act like you are stuck working with them but these guys work for your business.

This place seems to have real good deals. I shopped around and they are very competitive in pricing. I have gotten a few equipment items here and they work well enough. As they break down they get repaired or replaced. It's a hard life being a machine at a rental facility.

I rented the 11 ft drywall jack for 2 days. The price was reasonable and the staff were very helpful in explaining how to operate it and accommodating for the return of it.

Terrible customer service. Over priced. Lied about a dent in the hood when I returned it. No drop off areas on sundays when they are closed. Charged 64 dollars for a little bit of diesel. I will bad mouth this company as much as I can to save people's wallets. Spoke to the owner and didn't really get anywhere. And so everyone knows If you rent a machine for the day and pay the entire day price you can't run it all day because they have a hour limit.

Which was not explained I guess I was just supposed to know that. What a joke. He explained that every rental company does that but that's not true you can just call around and find out for yourself. won't be back. He also shooshed me on the phone!

Definitely recommend this place there friendly and they had what I needed to finish a very difficult job. We were in need of 4 tiers of scaffold & these folks were the only people in town that actually had everything. And they were very affordable which was a a pleasant breathtaking shock.

I went in on Monday inquiring about solutions to an issue at the house with excavating and possible tool rental options. Service was excellent although I did not rent anything that evening. Returned the next day and rented a two man auger and asked for a four hour rental. Customer service was great from the individual behind the counter to the individual out in the yard who loaded the equipment and explained how to use it. Auger worked great and returned it in three hours, to my pleasant surprise the individual at the counter told me the had a three hour rate and I was entitled to a refund of one hour rental time (about $15.00). Long story short- Best Rental really lives up to their name. Will never go anywhere else in the future for tool equipment rentals.

This place has more equipment than I even have an understanding of. If you're looking for equipment rental at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. Everyone I have talked to has been very knowledgeable and friendly. I have rented several times from them and had nothing but good experiences!

Friendly staff, easy process. I had to keep my rental a few extra days and they were super friendly about it. Would recommend to anyone who needs to rent tools but doesn't want to fork over the full amount for a tool!

Excellent service! We rented a brush hog and about an hour into using it the belt disengaged for the self-propelled mode. They not only traded us up they wouldn't charge us extra for the better machine.
