Owner was very friendly and amazing to work with when planning our event. The dealers were awesome and took the time to help you learn the game and understand it. Great company to work with!

The ballon arch ordered was not what was received. They arrived early and put the arch in the wrong place so we called them back to.move the arch when they returned is when I realized they did not.make the arch as promised so they sent someone else out to 'fit' the arch. The arch could not be fixed as requested so I got 'this is the best we can do with it'. We made due by rigging the arch. The manager knew I was not happy with the arch received. The manager has failed to return any calls.

We rented a bounce house from them for a birthday party. The price was reasonable, the equipment was in pretty decent condition and worked as advertised. They were very flexible with us on the return, worked out great.

I called a week before my daughter's party to reserve the princess bounce house and let the lady know I don't have a truck to pick it up so I'd need delivery. We did discuss me possibly finding someone that could help to save the extra couple bucks in fees but I made it clear that was highly unlikely and she assured me they have plenty of drivers available that weekend.

The day before the party I called to double check on the reservation and it took her 30 minutes on the phone to even find my reservation, then by the time she found it she let me know there were no delivery drivers available on that day so my daughter never got to have the bounce house for her birthday which was very disappointing and it was very unprofessional of them to fall through on their guarantee and not even let us know earlier so we could make other arrangements with a different bounce house place. Unreliable and unprofessional establishment

I highly recommend their services for balloon decorations. I brought in the US Navy balloons for my hubby retirement and the final products were amazing! They also created the beautiful tabletop balloon garland. We received so many compliments at the party on the decorations. Great communication, friendly service and on time delivery. I will purchase again from them for future parties.

If you are looking to have a fun event these guys are professional and have great bounce houses and rides. Will make any event even more fun. Also if you're trying to have a few hrs away from the kids get a bounce house. They'll be busy for awhile!

The customer service is great! My son enjoyed his slip n slide bounce house, it was the highlight of the party. Will highly recommend and use again. The guys the installed the bounce house were nice as well. Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. despite the craziness that is going on with this pandemic, they provided HIGH quality service AND delivery. we had to cancel our little guys birthday party, but we wanted balloons to celebrate the occasion. we will DEFINITELY be going back to them again in the future for all our balloon needs!

We have used Fun Services for a few years now with rentals for our annual carnival. They are very easy to work with and always prompt with delivery and pickup. The on-site delivery/setup team is always willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure our event goes off without a hitch. The office staff is always courteous and easy to work with. We will be setting our next reservation with them very soon!

We recently rented a bouncy house for a house party from Fun Services. They were prompt, professional, and the equipment was in very good condition. When they came to the house to set it up, all I had to do was locate the outlet, and they did all the rest. Two big thumbs up.

My daughter bought a rubber duck during the holiday workshop at school and my son bit a hole in it. My duaghter was upset and said she was going to ask for a new one for Christmas. I called Fun Services to try and buy a new one, they provided me with two replacements to make sure that my daughter got the correct color. They also delivered the items to my house. I was so pleased with the company. They definitely made my day so I can give to my daughter for Christmas.

We rented a jumper from Fun Services. The people were very nice on the phone as was the young man who delivered it to our home. The jumper was clean and in good shape. I would recommend this company. RL, omaha
