Your Video Memories Photo Montage is mastered to DVD in a beautiful keepsake case. All of our photo montage work is done in-house. Your precious photos are never given to anyone else. We do color restoration and even scratch and dust removal so your photos look as good as the day you took them. Beautiful video effects make your still photographs come to life and feel more like a movie than a photo album.
Choose how you would like your Video Memories Photo Montage displayed at your event. We offer single or multiple 10' projection screens, as well as both large and small format flat screen TV presentation.

If we could give Curt more than 5 stars, we would. He was referred to us by a family member who had him DJ at their wedding, and we would easily recommend him to anyone else. He was always prompt to answer calls and respond to voicemails or emails, and kept lines of communication very open during the planning process. He also made sure the wedding was exactly what we would want.
He asked a lot of questions and was extremely knowledgeable! Additionally, his DJ skills were appreciated greatly on the dance floor - our friends were dancing all night long, and more than once told us that they were impressed by the DJ! Curt and Stax O Wax were incredible, and we would recommend them to everyone!

Strongly recommend Stax O Wax to anyone. Curt made it very easy to work with and is very organized in his work. We hired him to dj our wedding and he nailed it and wasn’t afraid to change things up a bit. He had everyone up and out of their chairs and out in the dance floor. Then was able to read the crowd and slowed it down, then right back up. Great Dj

Curt was absolutely amazing!! He made our special day even more perfect. From the beginning, he ensured that we were well informed and was willing to help or answer any questions we might have had. His experience and professionalism was evident through the whole process. He definitely kept the party going and ensured to check up periodically to see how we were doing. We just had our wedding by Stax O wax and it was a big hit! Curt was both professional and friendly and anything we needed throughout the night with music he was able to help us out. We had lots of Latin music requests and he had just about all the songs we wanted already. We've had him for my sisters wedding as well and it was an easy chose to have him for my own. Call up Curt and you won't be disappointed

Our DJ, Curt Zimmerman, was the epitome of professionalism. From our initial phone call, to our e-mail communications, online planning and the event itself - Curt honored our wishes and worked with us to craft the reception we wanted. He was extremely responsive and did an excellent job of being unobtrusive but present. Can't say enough good things about our experience. We definitely had a large and varied number of requests and details for him to keep in mind and he nailed it.

I love our DJ! Curt helped us think of timelines and details that we were clueless about! When planning our wedding, he made it really easy for us with his website. On the planning side he provides questions with several suggested songs that are very fitting for the event. He also had a section that you can say, play this during dinner or the end of the night, or don't play this song even if requested.
He was helpful during the planning and during the night. I had zero concept of time and he kept us on track for the night. Loved everything!!! Thank you Curt!! Photos are also very appreciated!!

Stax o Wax just played at our wedding last weekend and I can't say enough good things. All of our interactions with Curt were incredible - he was thorough, patient, kind, and an absolute pro. The day of went so perfectly, largely because of Curt. We are overjoyed that we made the decision to have Stax and would recommend them to anyone for any event!

I just used Stax O Wax this past weekend for my wedding and Curt Zimmerman was FANTASTIC! He was super flexible with me as I changed my mind about different types songs multiple times. He really made the night about US and wanted it to be perfect and it was, thanks to him. Everyone always wants the dance floor to be full throughout the evening and he did just that.
I'm not even being biased because it was my wedding but I have never seen the dance floor so packed ALL NIGHT! It was everything I could have asked for! I even had multiple people compliment our DJ choice and I couldn't agree more! Thank you Curt for such an amazing night, you are truly an excellent DJ! :) :)

I saw Stax O Wax at a friends wedding several years back and they truly were the best I had ever seen. The music they played during dinner was not your typical easy listening stuff and the DJ's themselves were entertaining, beyond the music and lights! For the actual dancing, they played a nice mix of modern and older music, appealing to everyone that was there and of course, the DJ's kept the party fun.
When it came time for my own wedding, I HAD to call Stax O Wax to see if they would come out here to the boondocks (Sterling.2+ hours from where they are based in Cary). Shawn answered my email almost immediately and sent me their pricelist, which shows the different packages they offer. He was very upbeat and professional the couple of times that I spoke to him, assuring me that it was no problem for them to travel for a wedding or other event. Unfortunately, their asking price was more than we had budgeted for our DJ, so I had to tell him thanks but no thanks but if money had been no object, I would have hired them in a second, including paying the extra money they needed for traveling this far - they are THAT good. Not being able to hire Stax O Wax was really the only disappointment of my wedding, I would definitely suggest them to anyone for any event!

Shawn & Curt are awesome! It was so much fun planning my wedding with them, that if I had to do it again, I think that Stax & my reception hall would be the only things that I would keep. They were fun to talk to, they would answer all of my silly questions with a smile, they are very professional, and they really know their business. My wedding was so much fun, I'm telling everyone.
I never left the floor. If you want the best in the business, and trust me,I shopped a lot of dj's, you'll want to pick up the phone and call them. See you at my sister's wedding in August!

I am so happy that I found Stax O Wax, and had them for our wedding on February 13, 2010. I searched the internet for djs in the chicagoland area, and found them on WeddingWire. I read all of their reviews, and was very impressed. I called them the next day, and I found out that they really are a full time company. They called me later that evening(one even called 2 days later). The 2 gentlemen that I talked to were Shawn & Curt. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and really seemed to care about my wedding. I hired them to play for my ceremony(awesome job), my reception(fantastic job), and my video montage. The montage looked very high-tech and had everyone laughing and enjoying themselves.
It was also a great way to kick off the evening. It's been 4 weeks since my wedding and my guests were so impressed that since then, I have gotten 4 phone calls to find out who my dj's were, so they can use them at their parties. I think that says it all. I would suggest that you call Stax O Wax right away. Don't even consider anyone else. Trust Me! Tell them that "Matt sent me" :)
