I hired this company for my daughters 2nd birthday on 1/19/20 and they were amazing! They were very easy to book with and ensured I got the package I wanted with the added Bubble Guppies costume. They were in communication with me throughout the day letting me know of their arrival and they arrived ON TIME and fully prepared for my large party. The entertainers, Beth and Jacob, were great with the kids and adults making sure everyone had a great time.

I received feedback from my guests about how fun they were and not to mention funny during their performance for everyone to enjoy. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

I am a foreigner there but they ate simply awesome. My son is not a little kid any more but the three of us had a wonderful time there. I felt 5 years old again! GRACIAS THANKS DANK JE WEL.

I had a very bad experience with the company and instead of remembering my kids birthday as a happy one it just reminds me of the experience I had and it makes me mad. I had a billing issue where the company got paid 35% more than what was billed. I reached out to the company and they asked me to follow up with the actors, which they should have taken the responsibility for. The actors acknowledged the error but refused to pay back the difference. DONOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD.

Just used them for my twins' first birthday. The company was highly recommended by a coworker. They arrived early, set up quickly and got things started on their own. I was so busy but I would hear them keeping the party going by corraling the kids for face painting, games, cotton candy etc. I really didn't need to do anything with the little ones the whole time they were there. Loved it and I would definitely use them again.

Recently hired this group for my 4 year old's birthday party. The entertainment showed up 1.5 hours late, rushed through a performance and when I addressed it with the management company, I received zero response. How's that for customer service? Will definitely not be using this service again.

Yesterday we had my daughter Nicoletta's 1st birthday party in Westchester County NY, I was a bit hectic getting someone from Long Island and I have witnessed many companies try to entertain the children and keep the party going. They did an AMAZING job! I rate 5 stars and would definitely recommend and use again. Great job on the balloon animals, face painting, cotton candy, magic and much more!

I was a little nervous because of the negative reviews, but I had almost no time to book another company for my son's 5th birthday and gave them a try. They arrived 30 minutes before to setup, even helped me and gave me tips with the decor since I was still working on it, and they're the sweetest ever! Kids and adults, we all had a blast! Definitely recommend them, specially Shannon (bubbles) and John, which were so humble, patient and good with the kids. THANK YOU GUYS! -Ingrid Fernandez

They wouldn't refund a party for a family whose mother passes away? Deplorable!

They were prompt, kind, engaging, and for once I had one less thing to worry about-. which was entertaining. I definitely would recommend them for anyone's party, and I will use them in the future. I have no complaints and the children had a ball!

I hired this company for my daughter's 4th birthday and it was amazing! I was a little anxious at first, not knowing if they'll be good, but they were great! The clowns were so friendly and fun and energetic.and very professional looking. I loved the entertainment just as much as the kids. I'll definitely hire them again and recommend them to everyone! I was looking for a local company to provide entertainment for my daughters 5th birthday bash. Although I read a few negative reviews, I decided to give Professional Kids Entertainment a try & I do NOT regret that decision. My only complaint is they arrived 10 minutes late, however they did make that time up by staying 10 minutes later. Other than that they didn't miss a beat. There were about 25 children in attendance & everyone had a BLAST!

I gave this company a week in advance for there 324$ bouncy house rental for my sons 1st birthday party. The party started at 2pm they said they would be here between 9am and 1pm to set up but did not show up till 3:30 pm an hour and a half late and they where sopposed to pick up the bouncy between 9pm and 10pm and a whole day later it is still in my yard. Taking up all the parking space at my home. Also adding the bouncy house was very dirty inside out and had to spend almost an hour cleaning it so the kids could go in. I would never recommended anyone use this company

I hired them for my daughters 2nd birthday party and it was a HUGE success. They stayed in character the whole time and were very upbeat and personable. The cotton candy, bubbles, face painting, balloon animals, and magic show with live rabbit really made the party. I would definitely recommend them.

OMG another great party with the professional and caring staff of Professional Kids entertainment. Even the adults had a good laugh and boogied on the dance floor. Your staff is so attentive, friendly, and caring! I am so happy and extremely pleased with their dedication and hardwork.

1 star is being very generous. They never showed up to my son's 1st birthday party. Any mom realizes the amount of time that is put into planning the perfect 1st birthday party. Imagine going through months of planning and your entertainment is a no show. How do you explain to over 20 kids that Mickey Mouse is not coming anymore? I have. been given conflicting information which makes me believe I have been lied to and taken advantage of.

The worst part is that after attempting to speak to a manager and being assured that I would get an e-mail, as well as a phone call, I have yet received either. This has been handled in the most unprofessional way possible! I had over 75 people in my backyard and no entertainment for the kids. How they can call their business "Professional" kids entertainment is beyond me!

I am a grandmother who has hired Professional Kids Entertainment for the past 3 years for my grandchildren. The entertainers (I have had several different pairs come to my home) have ALWAYS been on time, prepared, energetic, kid-friendly, and professional in every way. I am sorry it has taken me this long to write a review, however, it is always easy to write a review for one experience.

When the level of service is consistently high, I felt obligated to write this review. I whole-heartedly recommend Professional Kids Entertainment without any reservation. You guys are truly the best!

Kate and Pierre exceeded my expectations... they were just amazing right from the first second I met them both!!! Full of energy and amazing with the kids. My daughter's 3rd birthday was a huge success because of them. I would recommend Kate and Pierre 110%. Thanks so much for all your efforts in creating my daughter's perfect 3rd birthday party.

The clowns, elmo, cotton candy made all of our grand openings a huge success. The clowns appearance, personality, mannerism, and rapport, with children are all very professional. We will continue to work with Professional Kids Entertainment for future retail promotions.
