The ordering process was easy and customer service was amazing. The sales people answered so many of my questions happily. The follow up and confirmation was timely. The guys who delivered the supplies were super friendly and willing to help ensure we were set up for the day. Take down was with ease and even offered to take our coolers back to the car!

I had a pretty good experience. You all answered my questions, and were very helpful, especially coming in within a week of my event and not only supplying the popcorn machine and supplies, but also delivering it. Very much appreciated! They did not bring the right amount of supplies, but once I notified Justin about this, he immediately had the supplies delivered. San Diego Kids Rentals were great to work with. They Picked up right away, answered all my questions and gave me accurate and correct pricing. They showed up on time, set it up, and explained everything we needed to know. They came back the next day and took it down. The bounce house, music and light show all worked well. I loved this company! I organized a 30th birthday party and rented the sumo suits. I appreciated the transparency about price ($425) that was posted on their website. Once I rented, they emailed, text, called me to make sure they had all the details. Their superb communication was matched with flexibility as I was at the store when they dropped off and they were able to handle a drop off without me easily.

The suits themselves were in good condition and a lot of fun, but the helmets and floor mat could use more love. They got the job done though and everyone had a lot of fun! One side note too would be to place them in a shaded area when you are using the suits. We battled under 80 degree sun and it was so hot in the suit! Highly recommend this company!

WOW Super Fun! The Sesame Street toddler inflatable was just awesome! It's a great huge bouncing playhouse! So enjoyable for the whole family. Love the open top. It was easy to book and pay for the rental item. The delivery and pick up of the bouncy house was at the time that it was scheduled. The bouncy house was clean and my grandkids had a lot of fun! My party was on December 23 but because of the holidays, they set up the bouncy house in my backyard on the 21 and picked it up on the 27 at no extra cost! Great costumer service.

SD Kids Party Rentals has done their "homework" with all of the County Parks in San Diego. They have their insurance on file and ready to go so this was such an easy transaction for our employee family picnic! The kids (and adults) had a blast! Easy drop off and pick up.

The staff was amazing, the setup was fast, and my daughter loved her 7th birthday. There were 20 plus children at my daughters birthday party so renting both the DJ Dance Party Inflatable Bounce House and the Ninja Dash Inflatable Obstacle Course was perfect. The DJ Bounce House was bluetooth compatible so it was easy to play a bunch of Kidz Bop songs during the party.

All of the children went back and forth between bounce inflatables and had tons of fun. I'm happy that I did this! Make sure to buy extra water because they will get thirsty. I will definitely use this company again

Love this company. We've booked with these guys for a while now and I don't have any complaints. Easy to book and easy payment methods! Also, what's great about this company is that you can book your jumpy up to 3 days for 1-day price. Nobody can beat this!

We hired San Diego Kids Party rentals to provide inflatable games and a popcorn machine for our school's annual Fall Festival. Justin was very helpful and responsive to my questions. He always responded to my emails and answered my phone calls. The equipment was in perfect shape. Delivery and pick up was seamless. The kids had SO MUCH FUN! I would definitely hire them again.

It was great! We all had a great time. Set up was fast and easy the price was good for a three day rental, and I mean the whole three days! The guys who brought it were awesome and friendly. The jumper was better than advertised, even had a basketball hoop that I didn't know about. Definitely 5 stars all the way! This will be a staple of all our kids parties from now on. My son's 8th birthday was a huge hit with the dual lanes obstacle course jumper! It was huge and gave us a day and a half of fun. The setup team was awesome and made sure everything was good to go, hours before our party. We will definitely be using this company again.
