Wow, this is exactly the kind of nightmarish service you expect from a Manhattan based company. Rude, unhelpful, employees go out of their way to launch personal attacks on their clients. Seriously, this company needs to invest in some customer service training. They will literally threaten their clients for small misunderstandings that are CEGs fault to begin with.

If the managers at CEG want to see what I'm talking about let me know. I'll make sure you see some of the threatening messages your employees have sent. If it helps, please consider that your clients don't like to be threatened and insulted after paying CEG hundreds of thousands of dollars.
