If you are planning a huge event, Caricatures By Grant have many talented caricaturists' available including face painting and other entertainment. Grant has been drawing caricatures for over 9 years all over southern California live at events and parties where he can draw anywhere from 17-21 caricature faces per hour on 90 pound paper 11x14.
Services
This card stock is the best kind of paper for events since it stores, travels, and displays very well. If requested, we can print custom text, images, or logos on your party's paper for an additional fee. All we need to set up for your event is three chairs (one for artist & two for guests). This only takes up about 5 square feet.

Work will be completed after payment is received. We accept check, money order (made out to Grant Pominville) or any major credit card through Paypal.
If you can dream it, I can draw it! I'll send a price list that shows the difference between color / black & white, full body / head and shoulders, different themes, and possible style options. As the wedding coordinator of my friends wedding, I tried to contact caricature artist from all over at the last minute because she really wanted one for the cocktail hour. I called Grant the day before the wedding on 08/04/2018 because the bride wasn't sure it was in her budget. Grant came through with flying colors! He was on time, has an AWESOME PERSONALITY, and everyone enjoyed his work! He even stayed a little longer just because! You want dependability and someone who will make your guest have a great time? Update: Now Grant is harassing me on Twitter four years later, LOL. Here's what he just wrote: "this motherfucker here had the nerve to write a bad review on me on yelp even tho i never worked for the cunt. dumb hoe thinks that witch shit can fuck with me. nope BYE @chrisworden" Looks like he's still hostile, and completely unapproachable. Avoid this guy.

I was looking for a cool gift for my parents anniversary and I decided that a caricature would be pretty unique. I emailed grant, and he replied back pretty quick. I described how I wanted the picture to look and sent him a photo of my parents. Grant was really easy to work with, and he replied back with a rough draft the next day. It looked great!
It was just as I imagined. Less than 2 days later, I got confirmation that he was done with the final color draft. Omg.so good. My parents were literally in tears when they saw their favorite wedding portrait rejuvenated in this comedic exaggerated style. Thanks a million dude, you rule!

Grant is the most talented sketch artist I've ever encountered. I hired grant to draw caricatures at a team building seminar in Newport Beach. His art skills and people skills exceeded all expectations. All of the attendees were amazed at the comical likeness. Last year, we were very disappointed by a 5-star artist we found here on yelp. All of the drawings basically looked the same.
With Grant's pictures, nobody had any doubt about who was who. Grant has an excellent eye for details. It's like he was capturing personalities as well as physical features.after spending just a few minutes with each person! I know who to call next time we need a real pro! Thanks Grant.

I hired Grant for an event at the Ronald McDonald House this past weekend and he was absolutely amazing. The kids and families of the Ronald McDonald House are dealing with life threatening illness and when they look back at the art created by Grant they will be reminded of how much progress they've made. Grant was great with the kids & families, made them feel comfortable and drew them as they are. Thank you Grant for your professionalism and creating lifelong memories for the families.
