Party Pals is a Great place for events private, secure and fun for many.

I have been to about 5 events that used party pals for games (before and in the middle of the pandemic). I have always had fun and they are professional. These guys raise the bar. When I was a kid, some places may have one inflatable bouncy house. These guys got basketball games, a rock wall for climbing, arcade games, a mechanical bull and other games that involve inflatables (obstacle courses, knocking the other guy over with a large foam joust, think American Gladiators).

I needed a train for my Christmas event at work. It came decorated already, so that saved me time. They were a new vendor and I am so glad I booked them. I worked with Greg and he was on top of everything and always answered my emails in a timely manner. The day of, Paul and his crew showed up early and were set up on time. I am definitely booking them again! Thank you Party Pals!

We used Party Pals for our big 4th of July company party this past week. I wanted to emphasize on how amazing their customer service is with all the amendments we had to make leading up to the event (and there were lots of them). Jake, Jeff, Linda and the rest of the team were great to deal with and so accommodating. It was consistent service from getting the quotation to pick up.

I must mention how fair Party Pals pricing is compared to their competitors. The range of products and services they offer is a one stop shop for any event you're think of throwing. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks again Jake and team for being apart of our successful event!

I emailed to rent a "double basketball hoop" for my son's bar mitzvah. Jake Wekler emailed back and we were set. These are fairly standard bar mitzvah requests - lightweight side by side hoops. Soon thereafter, I inquired about a moving hoop and Jake sent a picture of something I did not want and I upgraded to that. Then wrote that I wanted to go back to the original and Linda Wekler took over the order and changed it back - except that she only looked at the picture he had sent and thought I wanted that.

The basketball hoop showed up at the event, wouldn't fit on the elevator, their crew would not carry it up (thankfully as it was NOT the right double hoop!) and we did not have what we wanted for the party. When I communicated with Linda the following week she blamed me saying I said the hoops would fit, no problem. But she had gone back to the picture Jake had sent and sent the wrong hoop!

In fact, it was one that in their picture is for outside - very tall, moving up and down (I never requested a moving up and down hoop - I asked about a side to side double hoop). She would not credit me more than 1/2 the delivery fee. There are SO many other vendors that work so nicely with you, DO NOT USE

Not sure how they are still in business but their prices are ridiculous. I was quoted $400 to rent Giant Chess and $300 to rent Giant Checkers. You can literally buy them for that much brand new. Ended up going with a company in Orange County that delivers to San Diego and was able to get 4 separate "giant" games for $325 total.

They have both games and party funiture. We kind enough to should me around when I called.

Fantastic response time and detailed with correspondence. Helpful, friendly and attentive day-of staff. Decent product - the VR booth was a HUGE hit. The air hockey boards were a little wild (the pucks kept flying off the tables) but looked great lit up. thank you!

Have not actually rented from them but the phone call was terrible. Something that is advertised for rent is actually only for display. When I asked if they had the materials that would make it work I was told "possibly". Then I was told it was a $650 minimum rental for a churro machine that is $60 from the competitor. I will be going there. Thanks for all the help with getting my needs met!

This was a great company to work with. Greg from sales was always quick to respond and the on-site crew arrived early and was professional.

This is the second year we've used Party Pals for rental of sports equipment/inflatable games for an event and we have no complaints at all. Delivery was on time as stated and all the equipment worked like it was supposed to. This year we had the pleasure of working with Mike for our event on Father's Day. I would like to commend him on how personable and professional he was, and what a great job he did interacting with the kids who wanted to participate in the Fast Pitch contest.

He was complimentary of the kids who did well, and encouraging to the little guys who needed a little extra help. His comments of "nice pitch" or "that was a strike" you could see meant a lot to the little kids who were looking him for feedback. All my staff who interacted with him had nice things to say. I'm not sure how much you pay that guy, but it's probably not enough. Stellar employee. Give him a pat on the back from his new friends at Greenwood.

Party Pals made it so easy to throw a Grad Night Carnival for 500+ high school seniors! From placing the order, suggestions to add to our event, punctual arrival and professional staff for the event, Party Pals made it a huge success! We will definitely be in touch for future events!

Very pleased with Party Pals. They supplied a ton of stuff to our High School Senior Party - inflatables, slide, laser tag, fortune teller, high striker, dunk tank. and more. Everything arrived on time and was set up as specified. 3 generators took care of all the power needs. The crew/staff was amazing - friendly, and positive. Even though it was a long night - they broke down everything at the end in a jiffy. Would happily use them again. Thanks for making this evening a success!

I needed to find lawn games for a Sales Event in Palm Springs and Party Pals delivered! I talked with Greg and Walter and they were extremely helpful and the team they sent to set up everything was awesome! They were on time, professional and just a pleasure to work with. My Sale's team had a great evening playing LED Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, Horse Shoe and a Giant LED Foosball Table. An added attraction that they recommended was a couple of fire pits with Adirondack Chairs. My team sat and chatted into the evening. It was a great evening and everyone had lots of fun. I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

Party Pals was easy to work with, equipment was as advertised, delivered on time, staff was personable and fun. Prices reasonable. I would use them again.

Top notch group of professionals! We've used them for 16 years for our Stormberg Orthodontic annual patient appreciation party! Lots of ideas to go with our different themes. On time and ready to go when we get started! We would highly recommend them and looking forward to Party Pals being a big party of this year's party!

We ended up hiring them to deliver an air hockey table for our wedding. this was something my (now) wife and I had always wanted. The table was delivered on time and looked great. Thank you!

I recently tried working with this company, and I could not be more dissapointed. My rep assured me that I had an inflatable reserved, and a couple days after writing the contract he told me that they had booked it to someone else. After confronting the rep about this, he didn't take responsibility and told me someone else at the company had made this deal without discussing with him first- very poor customer service.

He told me he would try to find another place that could get the inflatables for me, but I was simply done dealing with Party "Pals." Additionally, the rep consistently shifted prices on me when discussing with him- the whole proccess felt slimy.

Pretty unsure what this company does. I wanted to rent video games long term. They don't do it. I wanted to buy video games. They don't do that. I guess if I need an inflatable for a five year olds party they might be good

I just had my son's Bar Mitzvah at Party Pals. Working with Linda Welker for the event was wonderful. The staff was helpful and polite. Any small things that went wrong, were made right with great customer service. I would highly recommend this unique place for any fun event you have!

So disappointing. I had booked a large obstacle course for July 4th. Deposit paid, emails exchanged, contract signed.we are good to go, right? Nope.no show. I have a 4,000 person event and a large empty space where my main attraction in the kids area was to go. I called after they were supposed to be open and running and finally got a return call explaining the contract slipped through the cracks - although the deposit check didn't!

Although they apologized profusely and explained this was an anomaly, I am still an attraction short and extremely unhappy. They assured me I would get a refund, but that really doesn't make up for the negative impact on my Fourth of July celebration.
