Would not recommend this company. We rented a dunk tank. The equipment technically worked but had to be readjusted every 5-10 dunks otherwise it wouldn't trigger. The service was abysmal. They were late to set the equipment up and even later (3 hours late) to pick the equipment up. They'll be happy to state that they technically have until 11pm to pick the equipment up, but will refuse to even provide a rough ETA. Save yourself the hassle and rent from someone else.

Great, responsive support! Very helpful, quick to email back. We used them for a school function and they were fantastic. Even willing to cancel with weather for us. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with their customer service. Answered the phone every time. They were prompt, very helpful and friendly as can be. The bounce house was in excellent shape. I highly recommend them.

We rented the Dolphin Express Water slide. We had an awesome experience as usual. This is the 3rd or 4th inflatable we rented from Big Air Jumpers for our children's birthday party's. The gentlemen that delivered it was very nice and punctual. We will continue to be loyal customers. Great company to work with. Very satisfied customer.

This company was very easy to work with. They were up front about the cost and how the whole thing worked. We rented a dunk tank and the process was very smooth. From the delivery, to set up to pick up. They did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend and use in the future.

Stay away! I had just the front part my truck parked in front of their gate, and while putting my baby in the vehicle a guy with glasses and longer hair came up yelling and cussing at me threatening to tow my car or just smash it with one of their trailers when they left. I get that I BARELY blocked the exit and all, but there is no need to act so hostile and unprofessionally towards someone, especially in the presence of a small child.

I do apologize for any inconvenience, but please, in the future, there is no need to yell, cuss, and threaten to damage my vehicle to get me to move it. Grow up whoever you are.

What a hit! This was the perfect end to an unusual summer. We ordered a wet slide and invited the neighborhood kids over to get wet and have fun. The delivery was right on time and the kids played from 10am until 6pm nonstop. The price was very affordable and the service was top notch. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend! The slide was great and the kids had a blast (not surprisingly!), but our experience with Matt and his wife during the delivery, set up, and pick up was exceptional. Great people, personable, helpful, and flexible. Thanks Matt!

I hired them in August for my daughters birthday party and the guy was really nice. He worked out all of the kinks to make sure it inflated properly. He showed how the water worked on the slide. And he explained everything in great detail. The company as a whole was an absolute pleasure to work with. They promptly returned phone calls. They made umpteen changes to the contract without complaining. If you need a bounce house, look no further. This will be my go to place for future events.

The lady over the phone was pleasant to talk to and made ordering easy. We ordered for our daughters' birthday during covid so her sister and her could enjoy and so her birthday would at least be special even if not being able to celebrate with others. Delivery was on time and everything was handled smoothly. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend to others.

A big thank you to Mike and Big Air Jumpers for making my son's birthday so special during this time of social distancing! Not only did my son have an amazing time with his family, but also it was so relaxing to have the party at home. The bouncers were clean and disinfected. They were in contact via text with updates and so respectful of timing for set up and take down. Very kind to the kids and great about maintaining good boundaries. Perfect company to chose for a backyard party. We have also used them in the prior two years as well.

Big Air Jumpers is wonderful to work with! We rented a large obstacle course, tables and chairs for a party this weekend. They were so helpful assisting us in picking out the right items for our party and making sure we got the best options for our budget. They are organized and communicate throughout the process. They proactively communicated during the weekend of the event, showed up on time and handle all set up/break down professionally. I've worked with other companies before and will always use Big Air going forward. Best value for the money and just a pleasure to do business with.

I loved working with Big a Air Jumpers to add some extra entertainment to an event we put on at the Air Force Academy for our Ohio Cadets! They were so professional from booking the inflatables, to delivery, setup and clean up. The prices were great and they had exactly what we were looking for. They sent a great delivery person who knew exactly what to do to get through security at the base. Overall, a fantastic company to work with!

We have used this company for years, several times a year, but after our last 2 experiences with them we will never be using them again. Awful business practices, rude customer service, and last time we rented the jump house was filled with broken balloons - choke hazards for the toddlers who's birthday party it was for.

We rented the dalmation big air jumper castle for our 5 yr old grandson's birthday party, which was a firehouse theme. The customer service both during the booking process, the follow up confirmation calls, and the young man who came to install and deinstall the castle was superb! The castle was clean, secure, the delivery was about an hour earlier than originally planned (which was great for us!) and teardown was exactly at the agreed upon time. I would not hesitate to recommend Big Air Jumpers, and would certainly use them again if the need arises!

I am the former owner of a Denver party business. I did parties around Denver for nearly 15 years, and now that I am out of the special events business I throw pretty elaborate parties for my daughter. I pay attention to every detail. I had a Wonderland themed party in May of this year, and working with Big Air Jumpers was a nightmare! I had signage designed and printed for the Red Queens Castle obstacle course.

I rented and got a contract with a photo of a Red Castle obstacle course, that is not what showed up to my party. The delivery guy from Big Air Jumpers told me he would go to the warehouse and get the correct bounce house before the party. He called an hour and a half later to tell me traffic was terrible and he would not be able to make it back. At this point I had a party full of guests.

I called the company to ask for a refund, or even partial refund the following Monday, with no return call. I called 3 additional times and was told Barb would call back, but she never did. I eventually disputed the charge with American Express, however, Big Air Jumpers lied to AmEx about what they provided, and somehow I ended up paying the entire amount.

The customer service was horrible, which I could not believe after letting them know I had referred many people to them prior to this event. I have since rented from the other large bounce house company in Denver, and they have been wonderful. Some people may be ok with not getting what they paid for, but with the level of detail I put into my parties, I am not ok with that.

The letter that was sent to AmEx from Big Air Jumpers claimed that because I used the bounce house I owed the full amount. What choice did I have when the guy left the thing in my yard, and never made it back?

We have a huge Memorial day party every year. This year however we moved to a new house with a great backyard. So we thought it would be so much fun to get a bounce house for our, and the neighborhood kids. These guys were great! They delivered on Memorial day which was a Saturday. Set it up for us and it was very secured. And they tore it down and picked it up the next day. From the gals in the office to the young men who delivered the house, everything was just wonderful.

This review is just for the reservation portion, my event is not until this weekend. I will update after the party. My experience speaking with Whitney to reserve a bounce house for my son's birthday was great. She was knowledgable about their product and very helpful in getting me into the right bounce house. I did have to change the delivery time and spoke to Whitney about that as well. She was very accomodating of the change in our scheduling. Thanks Whitney!

Good service and good follow up on a complaint. Showed up on time and the jumper was very clean and new. Kids had a great time. Pro tips: Don't buy the blower insurance and tell the company you'll be returning it clean. These upsells are not needed. (Like the CDW at the car rental place). Good company overall.
