Excellent service. We called last minute to see if they had any jumpers still available as everything was sold out in our area for the holiday. They found us one and a popcorn machine! Keylynn and Keith delivered our jumper and popcorn machine early and vacuumed and sanitized the entire jumper. Excellent service. Would highly recommend this company.

UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY LATE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the worst experience we have ever had with a jumper. First they said they were coming to drop it off between 3:30 and 5pm but didn't show up until 6:30pm. Then, they said they would pick it up the next day "after sunset" even though we only needed it until 4pm and the sun doesn't set until 9pm during the summer.
So 9pm rolls around, we put our kids to sleep and sit up waiting UNTIL PAST 10:30pm. Still no one shows up. We call wondering what's going on and the guy who picks up tell us they will be there soon and we have to stay up to let them in. We ask if they can come tomorrow morning since it's already SO LATE and he threatens to charge us an extra day! Wtf?! THESE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS. I will never use them again.

We rented the Mini Castle Jumper a week ago and had a great experience. At the time that I reserved the jumper Bounce-N-Jump was the only company that had a small enough jumper for our needs and did not have negative reviews. Obviously now they have a negative review, but thankfully it wasn't posted before we rented from them. The jumper worked great (I imagine the smaller size doesn't get used very often) and was very clean. It was delivered and picked up on time and the service was friendly. I couldn't have asked for more.
