Amazing Jumps

Had an event that I rented some tables and chairs. Upon their arrival one of the tables was broken and was short a table for my event. They told me that I would be getting a refund for the broken table. I waited a few weeks and never received a refund. I called every week for over a month to ask about the refund. Every time I called they told me that they would refund me that day and send me an emailed receipt.

After calling every week for month they tell me that they are having trouble with their PayPal account and that they can send me a check in the mail for refund. It's been 2 weeks since that last conversation. Still no refund.

We used this company for a field day at a k-8 school in Santa Fe, NM. They arrived 45 minutes late, did not come with one of the jumper games that we paid for and misrepresented the DJ that we paid for. We asked for a refund and no one from their company including the owner will respond to our emails, phone calls or text messages. Our students raised this money for a special field day event (have not had one for two years because of Covid) and basically they are stealing from a public school.

Stay away from this company they will just stress you out and show up with less than you ordered and gave a deposit for. Then to top it off the contracted Garcia's tents/aa tents or someone else to put up the tent.

The crew was on time and ensured that our tent was in place for our party. We are very happy with the service and the shade structure that helped to provide shade for our guests!

By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They've now left a stranded brought a tent but did not bring the tables. We have a 90 person party and they have been wishy-washy the whole time. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can they refuse to answer the phone they will text numbers that they don't know but they will not text you back. We are 20 minutes to our party and this is been absolutely chaos.

We rented a bounce house/ slide combo on March 20th 2022. My husband picked it up instead of having it delivered. We brought it home and we began to set it up, about an hour before the party. Upon opening it, when we rolled the jumper out, we found a small hole. It didn't seem like such a big deal at first. After it was inflated, the zipper on the corner seam was completely broken and would not zip closed.

We had to safety pin it closed enough to make it safe for all. Upon returning the jumper on Monday the 21st, we spoke to an employee about the incident. She apologized profusely and then proceeded to speak with two other employees who were standing there, to inform them of the broken zipper. The two employees she spoke with then said, "yeah that zipper has been broken for awhile".

I then wrote an email to the owner and never received a response. I've been a customer for many years. However, I am appalled that they would send out dangerous equipment with the knowledge that the product was damaged, and not safe.

Communication was great, they delivered early and the person who delivered and picked up was very kind. The reason for giving 3 stars is because the jumper was filthy. We had to clean out the jumper and disinfect it. There was a metal hook, a half eaten candy cane, dried up pizza pieces in one Caution bag and a bell with food crumbs in the other Caution bag. Plus, a bunch of glitter and leaves scattered in the base part of the jumper.

This jumper was not cleaned or sanitized before they rented it out to another family. Even though they advertised/ claimed it would be cleaned on their website. This was the Little Builders toddler jumper.

Absolutely amazing customer service! The Little Builders Toddler Jumper that I rented was OUTSTANDING! The Kids LOVED it! All staff were polite and professional and actually care about how important your event is to you! When the 4 hour rent time was up our sons birthday wasnt quite finished and the staff was completely understanding and actually called and approved us to keep the jumpy and tables for an extra 45 minutes free of charge! Amazing service! WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR ALL FUTURE PARTIES!

I highly recommend renting from Amazing Jumps, Tents, and Events for your next party. The staff was friendly, responded to emails quickly, and set up and took down in a timely manner. We celebrated my daughter's Sweet 16 and I knew there would be many younger children present so I rented a jumper. It was a first for me, boy it was a hit and entertained all guests. So glad I found this place. Will definitely rent from them for my next event!

I called Bobby only one week ahead of my company event I was planning and he worked with me to get two face painters (at a discounted price!), a couple huge jumpers, AWESOME soccer darts, an obstacle course and a cotton candy machine and supplies. His team was very professional and the face painters were a huge hit. I don't do these things often but next time I need anything I will go with Amazing Jumps - they are reliable, had quality products and delivered quickly.
