We booked with Jolly Jumps because we needed a jumper, tables, and the white resin chairs. Booking with Jackie was super easy. Communication was always open with confirmation, delivery, and pick up. The items arrived clean and the staff for drop off were super helpful. We weren't home for pick up but they texted us when they were on their way for pick up.

The price was good for everything we got and they only charged us for a day and half of use for the jumper even though we had it for two and a half days. We definitely book with them again.

The kids had a blast. Everything thing went smoothly and we were very happy with the company. Will def be using them again.

Great customer service! I ordered the Island Palm Combo with Slide for my sons birthday. It definitely made it extra special. The staff who installed and hauled the bouncy were very nice and professional as well. Will definitely use Jolly Jumps again.

The moonbounce combo was perfect for my grandson's party and the kids had a blast. Staff delivered on time and had it set up quickly. The prices are entirely reasonable and you are never shorted, we usually get far more time than we even paid for. Definitely recommend this family owned business! Not only are they all very friendly, but also super accommodating. We rented a jumper for customer pick up and the communication and helpful staff was great. We had to delay drop off because of conflicting schedules with work and hours of operation and they were TOTALLY understanding. They're customer service is great! Definitely would recommend!

We hired Jolly Jumps Laser Tag for my sons birthday this past weekend. Christopher and Savannah were absolutely Amazing. So kind and courteous. They even played Star Wars themed music for my son. They were on time, gave us the full hours paid for, packed up discreetly. We were so impressed and will definitely be using Jolly Jumps again.

This was our first experience with Jolly Jumps but it certainly won't be our last! We were very impressed with their fantastic customer service, punctuality, professionalism, and cleanliness. We rented a little pony bounce house, 3 large tables and a bunch of adult sized chairs, two kid sized tables and a bunch of kid sized chairs, and a snow cone machine with supplies. Everything was in fantastic condition and we were very happy with our rental. Worth every penny! We will certainly rent from them again. We've ordered a waterslide jumpy for the last 5 years on the 4th. This year we decided to try a new company & give Jolly Jumps a try. They were so easy to work with! It was refreshing, honestly. Very pleased with everything from the ease of booking a jumper online, the customer service both over the phone and in person during setup of the inflatable, and of course, the jumper itself. We weren't really sure that we would get a jumper. Liked the idea but saw the rental rates and got cold feet. We decided to just get a 24 ft double slide which was very comparable to the basic bounce houses but we figured people of all ages could include.

And let me tell you, WORTH EVERY PENNY! Every single person at our family Eid gathering, from my 1 year old all the way to my 75 year old father in law took a turn and the day was just filled with laughter and entertainment. The kids who span all ages spent all day going up and down the slide which led to zero tantrums and immediate knock outs on their drives back home so my sisters in law had easy bedtimes which all parents can appreciate.

If you're not sure, this is your sign to just go for it. Jolly Jumps is the place to go to, their customer service is so above and beyond that they even delivered the slide a day early to be sure not to be late and that meant we got a day where my kids got to play on the slide all day on their own without me needing to pay anything extra and I really appreciate that and will be sure to mention to anyone who asks me what I thought of renting from Jolly Jumps.

Most recently this past weekend we booked them for our son birthday party. They showed up on time, friendly service and provide a clean product. I called and was hoping they had some tables and chairs available last minute because the last couple of rental places I have called before them were all out and I was glad they had some. The service was great, so easy to rent from them, easy pick up and easy return. so convenient unlike others that has lots of paper works.
