Alex was the absolute best for my wedding that I recently had at Los Willows in Fallbrook! We postponed quite a few times and he changed the dates with no problem at all which we really appreciated. Our night was absolutely flawless and I am so happy we chose him as our DJ. Highly recommend!

DJ Alex was amazing, to this day no other Dj I reached out to, left messages for, wrote emails to, have contacted me to be the DJ at my wedding. Every phone call or text message (even email) was answered quickly by Alex from start to finish. He was on it every step of the way, weather it was helping me set up my customer account or my playlist, or answering questions that had nothing to do with music.

When it came to the day of the event, he was on time and set up, he was on top of the timeline of events but also asked us every step of the way "how does that sound". He set everything up to go smooth and it did, he made our day special and made sure it was what we wanted every step of the way. I would recommend him to EVERYONE I know. I can't thank him enough for all he did at our wedding to make it so enjoyable. He loves what he does and you can tell by how awesome he makes your night.

My husband and I used Pro Sound DJ's for our wedding September 5. Alex was our DJ and was absolutely incredible! He made our event beyond wonderful. Alex was so easy to work with and has an awesome personality that my husband and I loved! From the first time we talked to him on the phone when doing our consultation, we knew that he had to be our DJ, he was funny, informative and truly loves what he does.

We had a couple requests that were really important to us. I needed 3 dances (my mom, my step-dad and my father-in-law) and was worried that it would be hard and complicated for a DJ to do, but not for Alex, he made sure to arrange the order of the dances were what I wanted and that I got enough time for each dance without feeling pressured by time!

We also had another request that was really important to us. We asked Alex if he could make sure to announce what was going to be happening 5-10 minutes before so we could ensure my father-in-law was there for everything. Not only did Alex announce everything before hand, he also personally went up to my mother-in-law 5-10 minutes beforehand so ensure she knew!

The fact he went up to her to tell her, warmed our hearts. On top of all that, he was the best DJ and MC ever and all our guests thought the same thing! We had only put a couple songs on our "must play" and "don't play" list and it was enough for Alex to know what type of music we liked. I'm not joking when I say 90% of our guests, including us, were on the dance floor for most of our wedding.

I could not thank Alex enough for the AMAZING job he did and how special he made our night! I recommend Alex to everyone, I promise you will love him for your event as much and we did!

I hired this DJ for my wedding because my venue recommended them. He made me pay in full (~$1500) to hire him, which I'm now learning is not a common practice among DJs. My guests are very COVID conscious, so I had to mandate vaccines for guests so people would come, and my guests also would not feel comfortable with an unvaccinated DJ. When I found out that Alex did not have any vaxxed DJs available, I asked to cancel with over 3 months notice.

He would not give me a refund or even a partial refund even though no services were rendered and even though I gave over 3 months notice for a very popular wedding month (Oct 2021). He seemed like he would be nice and cared about customer service when I first hired him, but his behavior since has been appalling. He is belligerent and stubborn and there is no way I can imagine wanting someone from his company emcee my joyous occasion.

My review is crazy late (May 19, 2019 ) but I have to tell you how amazing Alex and his team were! We got an amazing DJ and an incredible photo booth for such a good price. And, at the end of the night they made us a photo album with everyone's photo strips that I still cherish to this day. They were spot on with our music and made the night so smooth and such a party to enjoy! Look no further, you have found the perfect wedding DJ! Thank you Alex for an amazing experience!

Wow! Alex is the best DJ ever! They DJ'd my son's wedding at Twisted Tendril Estate in Temecula on 10/16/2020. Outstanding! Everyone had fun, EVERYONE danced and the photo booth was incredible! They print 3 photos on on a sheet on the spot for you to take. Wedding couple's name and date are printed on them. Bride and groom get digital of all pics. Also, Alex is a wizard with fog machine. : Sincere thank you to Alex. 100% recommend!

Alex was the DJ for my son's wedding at Twisted Tendril Estate in Temecula. This guy was fantastic! He had everyone on the dance floor from the get-go! His way of announcing was also top notch. Fog machine, no one does it better! When the wind shifted he personally grabbed the machine and ran and circled the couple during their beautiful Frank Sinatra dance.

Also his photo booth was the hit of the wedding! 5 stars all the way. Thank you Alex, you are incredible! Do not hesitate to book this DJ and photo booth! In addition, he is a super nice guy!

Pro Sound DJs came highly recommended by both Los Willows and Shadowcatcher Imagery and we now know why. Alex is the best! Very professional, yet fun and extremely energetic! He definitely knows how to get people up and our of their seats. As he has worked closely with Los Willows and Shadowcatcher's for many years, it made our special day even that much more seamless and flowing.

Aside from Alex's dj skills, we took advantage of his photo booth which is a MUST! It make for an awesome night after looking back on how much fun we all had. We can't thank Alex enough for everything and highly recommend him for any future events. You're the best!

Great Customer Service and the Employees are very knowledgeable.

We absolutely loved having Alex DJ our wedding! He is amazing at his job - I didn't have to worry about a thing! He was intuitive and professional, and so much fun! We only had 45 attending and he kept the dance floor packed the entire time! We also used his photo booth service, which his wife managed. Our guests got copies of their photos, and we also got a copy of each. His wife was wonderful! She put all our guest photos into an album and had guests leave messages for us. They were both a huge part of making our special day so special!

Want to thank both Alex and Michelle from ProSounds Dj they were great. Alex was always available to pick up my calls when they are like I was stressing about this party and he put my mind at ease when we change the date of the party and he was the longer available, he reassured me that Michelle his wife would do a great job and that I wasn't good hands.

That was an understatement, Michelle with a rockstar she kept the party going making sure everybody was having a great time she can read the room and play music that everybody wanted to hear she made the party! The lighting was beautiful everything was perfect thank you guys for such awesome and outstanding service!

The whole process, from start to finish was top notch. They came highly recommended by our venue and I can see why. Cregg was the most amazing DJ I've ever experienced! He was attentive, fun, flexible and brought great energy to the whole night. MyShelle was the photobooth attendant and was excellent with our guests and she made us a memory book to take with us at the end of the night. Overall - I would give Pro Sound DJ more than 5 stars if I could!

You will not find a better DJ than Alex. He is accessible at any hour of the day, is professional and clearly knows what it takes to be a DJ and an Emcee for a wedding to keep the pace and energy level up. The Pro Sound DJ website is very user friendly for making payments as well as selecting your song choices. Alex called us a little over a week before our wedding to ensure he had all our song choices right, gave feedback on our choices, was able to execute a last minute addition of a personalized Gobo light display above our dessert table.

Being a Preferred Vendor to our wedding site, he knew exactly where to put up lights and we also got a photobooth through him as well which everyone had a lot of fun at. He is very mindful of how your event is going and responds well depending on the feel of your guests and will make any on the spot changes to songs playing to keep your guests entertained.

We got so many compliments of how great Alex was as an Emcee as well as a DJ. I have already referred him to some coworkers. Thanks so much for making our special day that much more special, Alex!

Best best best part of our wedding day! Alex is awesome and generated energy and fun through his emceeing and music. He set a pace for our wedding that kept things flowing smoothly. We never expected to get that kind of "wedding planner" service from the dj! (Note, we did not have a wedding planner so this made his pacing even more crucial). After our wedding, three of our couple friends and family members also hired him based off our wedding.

The photo booth they provided was also professional and fun. Alex's pricing was very competitive and worked with us on every detail. He even added a requested song to his library when we wanted it for the walk down the aisle. Definitely recommended!

Alex was a great DJ at our wedding. He has an easy to use program to select songs and is so easy to work with. We also used the photo booth, which was so much fun and guests loved it. We've recommended Pro Sounds DJs to two other couples and have had a blast at their weddings. A DJ is such a big part of your event and Alex is the best!

WOW! We had so many guests coming up to us saying that Alex and his team were the BEST DJ's at a wedding. We were planning our wedding from out of town, and it was still so easy to communicate with Alex. He has an easy-to-use website where we can input all the songs/music that we want and he was super flexible when last minute changes were made. He got everyone, from little toddlers to grandparents on the dance floor. Alex is an extremely talented DJ- AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING.

Alex is incredible! My husband and I were planning our wedding from out of state so everyone we met was entirely over the phone. We had hired another DJ for our wedding but after a few conversations it was clear he was not going to be the lively DJ we needed to make our wedding perfect. Thank goodness we met Alex at a bridal show we happened to be in town for and we paid for all our services on the spot- we knew he was going to be awesome!

The best decision we ever made was ditching our previous DJ and having Alex DJ our wedding! He was amazing, funny, took control of the crowd and did a wonderful job getting everybody engaged, involved and most importantly dancing! The reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is two reasons. One, he played the completely wrong song for my bridal party entrance.

He actually played Shake It Off which was our flower girl entrance song during both our bridal party and flower girls so it was not the end of the world but still was kinda bummed about that. Two, I know I was a totally over controlling bride but I had a list of songs I wanted playing during dinner and during the first half of dinner none of the songs were played and I had to request he play the songs we spoke about and still not all of them were able to be played.

Other than those two things everything else was great! Especially because our wedding coordinator dropped the ball on a few major things (i.e. transition our guests from cocktail hour to the reception room) and Alex took control of the situation and stepped in which was a total life saver! Also, we did our photo booth services with Alex and that too was awesome! Everybody loved it! And best of all they make a photo album with a copy of everyones photo strips on the spot so that you can take it home with you that day- totally great!

To start, Alex has the best DJ voice ever, and not gonna lie this was originally why I picked him. After meeting up and going over the process, it was obvious that Alex knows what he is doing. He has an application that *uhh* he MADE, that allows you to essentially customize your entire wedding playlist from ceremony to reception! As someone who works in the tech industry this was such a plus!

It was so fun sitting and picking out songs for him to play. And he did so well mixing in those songs and feeling out the crowd to throw in some others. Not only did he get literally EVERYONE on the dance floor on our wedding night, he kept it that way all night long. Til this day we get compliments on it being the best night never. I'm pretty sure my guests had more fun that I did (in a good way lol!).

We also purchased a photo booth package from Alex. It was great quality and a great price compared to the competition; seriously don't hesitate to bundle this option in if you want a photo booth. We received a photobook and a digital version of ALL the photos. This was so special for my husband and I, because it took a while to get the official wedding photos and we were so happy to get to see our guests having fun. You have come to the right place - hire this company! You will not regret it!

Alex is the best! We hired him for our daughter's 15th birthday party on June 16th and he went above and beyond our expectations! We met with him and he went over every single detail and made us feel at ease. On the day of the party, he kept our guests on their feet the whole night dancing the night away! He continuously kept checking with us making sure all was okay and did not need anything else.

He even helped us with getting people at our venue to do things we wanted or needed. The music was exactly what our daughter requested and he made her very happy which is what we wanted. He is amazing and would definitely hire him again.

We hired pro sound dj's for our wedding in Temecula on 5/11/2018. We met and talked with a few DJ's in the neighborhood and decided to go with Alex at Pro-Sound because he blew us away with his confidence and knowledge of the area. (He came highly recommended by our venue, and showed up on multiple vendor lists). Alex not only met our expectations but went way over!

His website for music and the ceremony details was perfect! Took all the stress out of having to try and plan the flow! Had a ton of music and suggestions for each part of the night. We even had over 30 acoustic songs we wanted that were def not in his database and he was able to get them all! We had a ton of demands and ideas, and he made them all work with no pushback.

Planning a wedding is a lot of work! Alex made the entire DJ/Music process easy for us and when its crunch time, you want him in the trenches with you! We also used him for an anagram on the dance floor, looked amazing! We used his LOVE light up letters to accent our event, looked amazing! He even surprised us with a few specials he was able to do for us that really put a good touch on the whole night, but I won't ruin his surprises! If your reading reviews looking for a wedding DJ, stop and call Alex! Thank me later!

I really couldn't decide between 2 or 3 stars for them, and here's why: I hired Alex to DJ my wedding at the Villa in San Juan Capistrano. As far as the actual DJing, Alex was far more than we expected. He was the MC, he kept the flow of the party going, and got everyone dancing. He did skip my husband's thank you speech, forgot to announce pictures for families (we are so sad those didn't happen!) and needed a DVD in order to play a video (that might not sound like a big deal, but have you ever tried to actually burn a dvd? it's expensive, and very very difficult to do).

The main problem I had with him was the lack of communication leading up to the event. We had multiple calls that he skipped, and he told me he'd call me multiple times and then never did. When we spoke on the phone, he'd say that he'd email me, but then the email would never come. We booked him until 10pm, and at 9:00pm he told me that they needed 30 minutes of take down time, so the last song would actually be at 9:30.

I asked if I could pay more to keep him an extra 30 minutes, because I didn't want the night to end so early, and he said it would be $75. I said that would be fine, thinking he'd invoice me and I'd pay him on Monday. At 10pm exactly, he came up to me and demanded payment. I was busy saying bye to guests and said I needed a few minutes.

He then went up to my husband and demanded payment from him. Considering we had a million other things to do, and that "30 minute take down time" was never mentioned before, I thought that was pretty sucky of him. Basically, he was a good DJ, but not a good businessman.
