We used pure energy entertainment for our August wedding at Ocean View of Nahant. They made the process totally stress free - they truly lit up the dance floor but also were interactive with guests and did a fun, short " dollar game" at the begining which really loosened everyone up and got people laughing and ready to party. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Thank you pure energy!

Johnny K and Jose were SPECTACULAR! at our wedding on Thursday! We could not have asked for a better experience. They are so professional, and so friendly and entertaining! Everyone raved about them at our wedding. We cannot thank them enough for helping to make our big day such a success. If you're contemplating booking them, DO IT! You won't regret it!

I used pure energy entertainment for my wedding a few years ago and it was the absolute best decision ever! People STILL talk about my wedding and how fun it was. Johnny Kelly made the entire night! I dont think their was 1 person sitting the whole time- he had everyone laughing and got the entire party on their feet with his interactions and music choices to fit the crowd.
Since then my brother got married and also had Johnny kelly which was another absolutely perfect night! My family and friends all say there should never be a wedding without him there. My cousin also just booked him for her wedding in 2023 and we cannot wait!

We got married one month ago and the Ocean View of Nahant. We went with pure energy because they were the preferred vendor. That was a mistake. My fiance and I could not have been more clear that we did not want the usual wedding dj songs. We wanted music for our younger crowd. At our wedding all he played was music that we explicitly said we didn't want.
When I confronted him about it he said he was filling requests from the older people. I said stop taking request. We also told him before the wedding that we did not want any requests from people. He then went on to continue to play music from the 80s. He never even announced my flower toss. We also said we didn't want anything over the top, and he went ahead and did some kind of game to get people up from the table and onto the dance floor.
We specifically said we did not want that. He also never announced our cake cutting. We were beyond disappointed. Every detail of our wedding was perfect except for the dj. I regret them entirely. I told him at the end of the night that I was not happy and he said "I'm sorry you aren't happy but this crowd never once left the dance floor and that never happens here". I should have picked a dj with a smaller ego.
