BOOK! BOOK! BOOK! MIKE was amazing! With any party you want people to dance and have a good time and Mike did not disappoint! All our guests had the best time at our event. During my dad's speech he mentioned a song we grew up with, and at the end of the night Mike played it! Wow, what a wonderful surprise. He was easy to work with and listened to our song suggestions (I kept our list to about 10 songs, so he could go off the vibe of the room.) And boy did he read the room, if one song wasn't working for a certain generation he'd transition or blended into the next song. He is wonderful! Easy to work with and enjoys what he does!

The best advice I got as a bride was to hire people you trust and let them do their job! Steven and sound explosion defined this perfectly. While I second guessed just about all of my decisions, Steven worked with us to give us the exact party we wanted. From scheduling to lights, everything was perfect. I think it's also worth noting how well he worked with our venue and maitre d to make sure the whole event ran smoothly.

We literally had to worry about nothing. There were a few last minute details to work out and Steven took care of everything. After watching our wedding video, we had even further appreciation for how incredible Steven was. He kept the energy up, people on the dance floor and read the crowd expertly. To us, music was in the top three most important decisions and we absolutely made the right choice with Steven and Sound Explosion.

We are so glad we picked Sound Explosion to DJ our reception! We'd always known they were top notch DJs and event hosts, but interacting with them as we planned our event let us see first-hand how great they were to work with. Mike and Eric stayed in touch with us through all the times we had to reschedule, and they were more than accommodating every time.

Our DJ Steve was a big hit with our guests! He took our suggested songs and asked if he could add in tracks of a similar style. He also had a keen eye for what was most popular with our guests; his resulting picks made for an impeccable playlist. Sound Explosion are a real class act!

Just had Steve DJ my birthday. Read the room perfectly by keeping the music vibrant. Great time!

I cannot thank Eric and his entire team enough for making my daughters sweet 16 the best party possible. The MC Patrick was full of energy and couldn't have done more to make the party any better than it was. Justin and Jason were also fantastic as photo booth and professional pictures were both amazing! This party was uplifting and fun when everyone needed it the most!

I will use them for any future parties! They had EVERYONE dancing the whole night! The mirror photobooth was amazing! I had the time of my life I didnt stop dancing the whole night! Thank you Mike you were amazing to work with!

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! We TRULY could not be more thankful for how incredible Sound Explosion was for our wedding day. Since the moment we met with Mike, we felt totally comfortable and confident that he knew exactly the vibe we were going for on our wedding day. We told him we wanted lots of dancing and gave him an idea of some genres we liked.

We didn't even have to say much, because he was basically able to read our minds and knew exactly what we wanted after just a few words. We are not the most traditional, so we didn't want to spend a lot of time on entrances, speeches and first dances. Mike assured us that he would be able to get through all of that stuff quickly so that we can start the dance party that we had dreamed of!

I seriously cannot put into words how truly EPIC that dance party was. Every single seat was empty and the dance floor was packed all night long. He played for three hours straight! I can honestly say we have never seen that at a wedding, and we've been to about 20 in the past few years. We knew Mike would be an awesome DJ from the start, but he totally surpassed our every expectation.

Our guests could not stop raving about how incredible Mike was and how much fun our wedding was. Guests of all ages were having the time of their lives and were so happy that we choose songs they all knew and loved. So many of our guests told me that they've never seen a bride dance so much in their lives. If that's not enough to make you book Sound Explosion RIGHT NOW for your wedding day, we even had a few guests say goodbye to us, just to find them on the dance floor again ten minutes later because our guests just could not stay away. We cannot thank you enough for giving us the wedding dance party that we couldn't have imagined in our wildest dreams!

Took advice from a friend on using sound explosion as my DJ for my sweet sixteen and couldn't be more happy. Took my suggestions and really used them to make my party amazing. Photographer took beautiful pictures. Made sure people were involved and really got the crowd going!

SE was the perfect choice for our wedding at Liberty House! Great music mix from start to finish. Glad we had Mike as MC as he did a masterful job of managing the flow of the wedding. Could not be happier with their service.

This was the 4th event they did for our family. We love having them at our events. Weddings, bar/ bat mitzvahs and more! they know exactly what they are doing and know how to get everyone up onto the dance floor!

I had my wedding on August 24th, 2013 and we used Sound Explosion and I can't picture any other DJ company doing my wedding. Mike the MC was awesome, was right in the middle of the whole party getting my guests going. The DJ played exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it, no questions asked they did everything the way I wanted I would definitely use them again. My guests couldn't rave more about Mike and the rest of the crew. In fact some even took business cards for upcoming events.
