Personal service at its best! Didn't even have to leave Kaimuki and I got a beautiful arrangement of BALLOONs sent to my coworker! Love this place.

I've worked with Party Pizazz Waialae about 4 times now and everytime it's SUPERB service. Email or call for annnnnny questions and they answer fast and friendly. I've done balloon bouquets and tank rentals thru them, amazing! Thank you guys!

Thank you Party Pizzazz for making our daughter's birthday extra special! We ordered 3-piece balloon sets for each table, a pearl arch, and a balloon bundle. Bennett was always very responsive. He showed up early to help us setup and was so easy to work with.

Bennett is so friendly and easy to work with. He was very responsive to all my questions and was able to accommodate all my requests. Delivery was perfect and the ladies were very nice as well. I also want to mention that the balloons were exactly what I wanted. Mahalo!

The proprietors of this store are so friendly and helpful. Both times I have gone they have suggestions and just chat and seem like genuinely nice people. I've only bought balloons from here. I think balloons are so festive but also they are so hard to manage inside the car. One popped during transport and scared the living daylights out of me.

They do have some party supplies but not much. I would come here doe the service bc they are so personable. But if you need a lots of theme type party supplies, you prolly should go to party city. Come here when you need to get balloons and you'd like to support a neighborhood store with very solicitous owners. Parking is on the street but not usually hard to find a metered spot.

I do not recommend this store product. Because I purchased 5 balloon and next day 3 balloons had hole and it couldn't use those 3 balloons. I have to go buy new balloons at the another place because this store was close on holiday. I went back this store again and asked if I can claim for refund, but store owner says only store credit. They didn't apologize.

I don't want to go back this store anymore! This shop owner has no sense of customer service. He sold the abused balloon to me. I returned the way he sold the balloons and it had holes! But shop owner do not believe me! What kind of business?

Bennet is the owner and is so accommodating with great communication. I ordered 9 sets of basketball balloons for our Girls Basketball Senior Event and it just made the celebration more festive.

I have been searching the whole island looking for helium. Party city & party pizzazz is pretty much it. Party city does not sell the tank or regulator, only rent. Air gas does but is really pricey. The owner is really knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had and even went the extra mile to email me links associated with my purchase. He is most definitely the guy for purchasing helium. I am happy that the small shops like party pizzazz are able to be still in business doing unprecedented times like this. Support local!

My bf had bought balloons from here and I loved them SO much - it really made my birthday so special! So today we returned to the store and realized they were closed so we called them, and the owner picked up and said he could be there in 30 mins! absolutely so thankful and grateful this man drove all the way from his home to his shop - THANK YOU!

We bought a birthday card and two sets of number balloons with weights. Highly recommend this to everyone - if you're unsure if they're open just give them a call and they'll pick up and let you know!

Great little party store that's conveniently located in Kaimuki. Stopped in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised to find they had what I needed for a bachelorette party, as well as a great selection of balloons (ex: the big gold number and letter ones) and other decorations. Friendly and helpful too!

I posted a review on this business yesterday and decided to remove it and rewrite it. The owner wasn't happy with it and understandably so due to the one star rating. My OPINION is that I feel I wasn't given new balloons for my order. The balloons I received looked EXACTLY like the three that were on display when I first went in which were becoming deflated.

I won't go into details as to why I feel the way I do, however the 2 of 3 were under filled with the helium. it looked and felt too soft. I get it that it can't be filled to the max to prevent popping in hot weather but they were not (in my OPINION) filled enough. So will I go back? Obviously not and my one star rating unfortunately stands!

The company owner was this nice lady I truly hate I can not remember her name I brought in a couple balloon bouquets and needed a couple created as well she took amazing care of me even though helium was at a all time shortage world wide she said she had to take care of me because I was from out of town and could had chosen another company! If you ever read this message you really made my birthday the best with balloons and your amazing service

Live in Kaimuki so going to get balloons at Party City is a far drive. However, then I discovered this place! They have tons of cute options for different holidays and events. They are super friendly. This is definitely my go to place for balloons now!

Great place! They have everything I always need for any holiday or event. Super convenient location being right by my house. Super helpful staff. Love how they have pinatas!

They made the cutest pumpkin balloon towers for my babies 1st Bday which we used to decorate the stage. They were also available at a moments notice (just a day prior). They are conveniently located in Waialae Ave near Sacred Hearts Academy and right next to SALON 96816. The balloons are a little pricey but it added the right touch to our party and was well worth it!

I rented a helium tank and was able to blow up all the balloons I needed for my daughtersd 18th birthday. The gentleman and lady were very nice! I would go back to use their services again.

Recently celebrated my daughter's 3rd birthday with a little mermaid theme. Who knew a family-owned party supply shop would have a wide assortment of mermaid themed balloons. The balloons truly lifted the atmosphere for the party and put a huge smile on my daughter's face. Will definitely be back for future parties.

AMAZING SERVICE! I called in to ask about renting a few helium tanks to fill 450 balloons for my daughter's first birthday (yup super crazy). They were so helpful with trying to find me the best tank/price combo. When I went in to make the payment the owners took the time to share some helpful tips for filling the balloons. They even had precut ribbons for purchase which saved me A TON of hassle!

Their larger tanks were light enough for me to easily transport. It's so awesome that they offer a variety of sizes because you don't end up paying for more than you need. Next time around I will most likely just hire them to do it all instead of trying to do it myself. Definitely hit them up for your next party! I am NOW A BELIEVER that balloons really "make a party"!

Party Pizzazz has been around on Waialae for as long as I remember. It's a small locally owned shop that sells balloons and party supplies. It was my husband's birthday and my daughter wanted to buy him some balloons. And since my husband is a Star Wars fan, my daughter requested that he get Star Wars balloons. Well, there's no that many places that sell specialized balloons so I turned to the first place I could think of, Party City.

It was quite overwhelming in there. Aisles and aisles of party stuff. I just wanted to get two Star Wars balloons. They had a whole display of balloons but when I asked the clerk for more Star Wars, she pointed me to the Star Wars pack with five balloons. She said it was $25.00. I decided not to get it. Then I remembered about Party City. It's pretty much down the road from my parent's house.

I called ahead to see if they sell Star Wars balloons. The guy was very helpful and friendly and said that he did have two types. He even explained what the balloons looked like. So we went to check it out. Service was fast and they made our balloons quick. One tip is that you can't use your credit card without making a $10 transaction. My balloons were less than $10 so I bought a Moana balloon for my daughter. They don't really have a lot of party supplies there but they're very helpful.

I had a very good experience with Party Pizzazz. I live in PA and my brother lives in Hawaii. They helped me make my brother's birthday special even though I couldn't be there. They helped me pick balloons and delivered them to his work. Thank you very much!

I heard good things about this place and brought (my own) two large number balloons to be filled with helium. No customers were in the store at the time so I was helped right away, and told it would cost $9 for helium per balloon. I was a little surprised with the price as $9 for helium seemed pretty expensive, outweighing the cost of the balloons itself.

I didn't check other places to compare prices, which I probably should have. I agreed to do it since I was already there and the entire time the lady was complaining about how these were cheap balloons and made in China. She asked where I got them from and I told her online, which is not uncommon these days for party supplies. She commented twice on how the hole for the helium was too small, initially saying it was "broken" and "definitely made in China".

She also said the "2" balloon was not the same in appearance as the "2" they sell. She seemed offended that I didn't buy the balloons from her store. She didn't seem to have any problems filling the balloons, and they look perfect to me, despite all her comments about them being cheap and from China. I'm sure there are products in their store made in China as well. Nothing wrong with made in China!

Great selections and customer service! Just ask for the party idea and they pull out all the stops to make it fun and special! My husband's 50th surprise birthday party was made extra special! Mahalo, Party Pizzazz!

I was planning my cousin and his wife's baby shower. I needed to rent an air tank to blow up balloons. This place saved my life! Parking: they don't have parking so you have to result to street parking in front of the store. I actually parked at Ace.not supposed to but I was gonna be quick, so I did. Store: It's a small store. It has some decorations, balloons, etc.

It had different size of air tanks to rent as well. Customer Service: Since the baby shower was all the way at Swanzy Beach Park, I had to pick the tank up on Friday morning. I was supposed to return it the next day (day of baby shower). I explained to them that I was going to be on the other side of the island. The lady accommodated me and let me return it on Sunday before they closed. She's awesome! Is definitely be back for party needs.

Thanks Yelp for helping me discover this little gem. I recently was planning a small birthday dinner for a good friend of mine & wanted to pick up a small arrangement of balloons. My first thought of course was Party City but I jumped on Yelp & searched for party supplies & lo & behold, Yelp pulled up this spot which is located WAY closer to home for me than Party City.

I live in Palolo Valley so this was less than a 10 minute drive for me. It was also a Sunday morning when I came in so finding parking was easy. I could see it being difficult during peak hours though as there is only street parking in this immediate area. I expected more party supplies like decorations & things for favors but was fairly impressed with their balloon selection (which, after all, was my main objective anyway).

I picked out 3 printed balloons & then had 3 additional pearlized latex balloons added in. They also create huge balloon displays for large parties & centerpieces which is really cool.
