Owner Walter is not friendly, women that answers phone is very pleasant wanted to rent a bounce set special for a Friday was told it was available and she offered suggestions on how i could pick it up. I called immediately back to arrange pick- up. Walter picked up said he will not rent it out to me on a Friday in case of weekend rentals and he's all sold out for the weekend and hung up. I would have been a new customer. 35 years in 'kids entertainment be nicer

THE BEST! The Magic Show is fantastic. Kids (ages 3-10) LOVED it and so did the parents. The bouncy house was new and very clean. Will absolutely always use this company for any party we host!

Easy to work with and rent anything we needed for a birthday party from. They were also super friendly and accommodating. I would certainly come back to rent from them! The bouncey house was clean. We also rented a few tables and those were clean and free from any damage.

Customer service was rude! And made it seem like taking there time up was an issue and hurried me along. Also really poor hygiene on product I rented. I get it's a rental but feel like I would get a disease if I even set foot in what they gave me I don't know if they forgot to clean but not ok yuck

This company by far is the best! Great rates and amazing staff. Everything was perfect for my sons first birthday. Going forward I will always rent with them.

We recently rented a bounce house for a birthday party and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The equipment was in great shape, the price was fantastic and the people were helpful and clearly enjoy what they do. Our boys even got an impromptu magic show by the owner - they were absolutely amazed. I don't know who had a bigger smile, the kids or the owner! We'll definitely be heading back to Magic World. Such a great family business.

I am not one to leave bad reviews;- however I guarantee if I scroll more there will be a very positive review from me as I have rented from Magic World for the past 7 years, sometimes twice in a year and have sent many other customers their way. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in my rental from this weekend - first of all I highly suggest fixing your website because the false advertisement is what got me.

I have a confirmation ( I booked a good 2 weeks in advance ) I booked a bounce house to be delivered Saturday and on the website it allows you to choose a later pick up for the next day so I chose 8pm the following day ( yes I know I should've went with my gut that it was too good to be true ) however in the 2 weeks no one called to tell me that the website wasn't accurate- they did call to tell me they didn't have the panel I requested and that's fine no big deal. BUT the panel they did give me; didn't stick at all - I called back on Saturday for a new one and no call back.

Now when everything was delivered Saturday I spoke to the delivery driver and he told me I would need to pay extra to keep it the bounce house an extra day, again I told him and showed him my confirmation - I was to have all my rentals until 8pm the next day - he explained that the website has been allowing people to do that and it's not accurate - SO RENTERS BEWARE. Call to rent! Do not use their website as it is false advertisement. Also Magic World - with all due respect; you lost a very loyal customer.

I had a very good experience with this company. This was my first time renting a jumper for a birthday party, I did the rental process all on their website very easy. The day before they call you to confirm your order and go over the installation process over the phone. On the morning of delivery the manager called me to inform me that while they were testing and cleaning the jumper before delivering to my house they noticed that the jumper was defective.

He offered me a replacement jumper the exact same size and shape as the one I originally choose just a different theme. So I think that was very professional to find the problem before delivery and calling me with a solution in hands. The jumper arrived on time and working perfectly. The installation also perfect. All I can say for my first experience with this company is: they are extremely professional on every aspect, the jumper is super big and fun for the kids and I will definitely be renting again every time we need. I have been renting moon bounces and customes for BBQ'S and birthday parties for years. They have great customer service that's why I keep going back year after year. I recently rented a combination moon bounce and brought it back late the next day, the owner was totally fine with it and told me where to drop it off. I will keep using their services for years to come!
